This is a straightforward battle, be sure to bring your best damage dealers to take care of the golems in one to two turns.
Battle 2
There is only one golem, but the strategy remains the same.
Battle 3
Gilles can decrease the whole party's NP gauge by 20%
Strategies & Recommended Servants
The third battle has all the second Class Triangle classes (Rider, Caster and Assassin), if you want to go through it without using Edmond Dantes, have two damage dealers from each classes, while the other slot is filled with a Berserker.
The first two battles are filled with Berserker enemies, in which Critical Hits can work greatly. You can use a team of Assassins, and when the third battle commences, hope that they take out the Rider daemon before they get replaced
A Rider with high NP single target damage can help in taking a good chunk out of Gilles' HP, hopefully before the third battle commences, they have accumulated enough NP gauge, or Gilles can slow it down.
Defense-boosting skills will prove to be invaluable if you can't take out the Berserkers quickly or even the final battle.
David can save you from being obliterated with Gilles' all-party NP with his party-dodge buff, not to mention that being an Archer class, he's neutral to the other enemies in the third battle.

Considered using Ushiwakamaru instead of Medusa, but the former was too underleveled.
The first wave should be used to build up NP, with emphasis on Shiki
At the 2nd wave, Shiki should unleash her NP to instant-kill the Berserker. Santa Alter's and Medea's can also be used in a bind
The third wave's kill order should be Assassin -> Rider -> Gilles. Medea's NP should be at 100% when entering this wave so she can use her NP back to back
When the Assassin died, Medea becomes disposable and a lower priority in presence. Shiki as well because Santa Alter and Medusa will be powerful enough to take down the Rider
When Gilles' NP is ready, switch in Mash (with anyone in lower priority) and have her target invulnerability to one of the Riders. Since she used Melty Sweetheart, she will be immune to Gilles' NP, and only one Rider will take damage.
Use a Command Spell to recharge NP when needed (in this case, it didn't happen), especially if Gilles has been spamming his NP reduction skill.
For this, Brynhild serve as an anchor throughout the whole battles. With a lot of HP and her attack dealing a lot of damage, she's the ideal Servant to take out the Golems in first and second wave as she build up her NP.
In the second wave, Georgios uses tank early and the Threefold Barrier helps him survive Berserker hits. Then Evade is used on him and in the next round, the Golem is finished.
In the third wave, the first priority is the Assassin Demon. Hans died early, but Brynhild manages to destroy that as well. Managing to gather tons of Critical Stars, she proceeds to Brave Chain the Rider Demon in one round (it helps that Hans left his first skill to her before dying).
Ushiwakamaru mostly serve as a fodder, until Gilles' NP time. At that point, Command Spell is used to restore Georgios' HP and he activates Taunt again. As a result, only Ushiwakamaru dies (she was in low HP), and Gilles is trapped to attack only Georgios in three turns
With Heracles entering, the Summer Precognition CE helps him survive a strike, while the team helped out building up NP further, which is made annoying because Gilles constantly decreases the NP with the Sin of Sloth skill.
Gilles gets a lucky strike and kills Heracles. Dantes enters, but I decide to not use him. Since it's Gilles' NP time and my Evade is up, I put Evade on Brynhild instead, who had her NP ready and had Brynhild and Georgios attack. Gilles unleashes NP again, Georgios and Dantes died.
Last turn, Brynhild finishes Gilles off with a Brave Buster NP Chain.
This build has more focus on damage than sustain, but sustain is still kind of needed. That's why there's Martha and Mash to keep Gilgamesh and Santa Alter alive.
1st wave is used to prepare the NP of the frontliners. This isn't hard because all Servants have two Art cards, and Gilgamesh's Golden Rule boost the generation further.
Kill the Crystal Golem at the 2nd wave ASAP, best to use Shiki's NP, otherwise continue building NP.
By the final wave, hope that you have at least Gilgamesh and Santa Alter NP up. Turn on all the attack buffs and barrage the enemy with either 3NP Chain (if Shiki's NP is still up) or 2NP-Buster Chain (otherwise)
If Shiki is still alive, prioritize on her sustain, and have her build up her NP with Yin-Yang. Otherwise, Gilgamesh is the sustain target.
The demons need to be prioritized since they deal more damage to the Riders.
If Gilles had his NP up, replace Shiki or Santa Alter with Mash with Mystic Code, have Mash use Obscurant Wall of Chalk (Invulnerability) to Gilgamesh and boost the party's DEF with Transient Wall of Snowflakes. This should keep everyone alive because Mash's CE will block off Gilles' NP, and Martha will be alive due to class resistance and defensive boost
At this point, keep sustaining with Martha and supporting with Mash as Gilgamesh continues to pound Gilles to death.
In wave 2, while farming NP, try to damage the Berserker as well
In wave 3, unleash all the Riders' NP, this can kill even Gilles in one turn, and only leaving the Assassin Daemon. Even with class disadvantage, this will be easy to clean up.
Use the first and second wave to build the NP of the frontliners
In the third wave, Waver's skills are used to boost Mary's NP into 300%. After Mystic Code buffs, unleash all NP, with Mary's being the last and targetting Gilles. This would kill him, and leaving the rest crippled or killed too.
Switch Waver with Shiki, build her NP and use it to mop up the rest before the last two members arrive.
Didn't actually need to use a command to fill NP. Medusa got to 100% naturally and Gilles died before she had a chance to use it. Dantes never came out too.
Just saying, command seals are for when Gilles trolls you with the NP drain.
