Frankenstein is a Berserker class servant with high damage NP that deals AOE damage to every enemies. However, her main drawback is that she would stun herself after using her NP and has quite a low NP gain and star generation which are also the main traits of every Berserkers.
Pros
High damaging NP. Even though Frank’s NP might not look as devastating as it is on paper due to being a Quick type with 80% multiplier but if we take into account her interlude quest that increases her NP damage to 900% while combining with her Overlord skill that further increases it by another 30%, it is no exaggeration to say that it is much more powerful than the NPs’ of Tamamo Cat and Lancelot.
Chances to stun enemy. Frank’s Lament of the Falsely Living skill has 60% chance to stun an enemy while lowering their defense up to 30% for a turn. Although the skill’s success rate looks kind of low with just slightly above 50% success rate but it is still worth a gamble when you are in a tough spot.
Cons
Self-damaging skills. Frank’s skillsets come with quite a bit of demerits such as her NP would stun her for two turns after use and the Overlord skill that damages her for 300 damage for five turns consecutively. Therefore, it is advised to fit her in a party with supports to cover her back to increase her survivability.
Not possible to complete brave chain with NP card. The same thing applies to Tamamo Cat where even if you put the NP card in the third slot, the fourth extra attack would not be usable as she is going to stun herself after using her NP. Thus, always remember this when planning your attack so that you won’t be leaving your enemies hanging with a sliver of health and take out your team next turn with their NP.
Strategies & Tips
Frank’s main role is a sweeper for events farming as she can clear waves of enemies with her AOE NP. However, she is not fit for long duration battle as she will get herself stunned after using her NP which would lowered the party’s offensive abilities for quite a lot in the next two turns.
Noble Phantasm
Frank’s Noble Phantasm, Blasted Tree can shred enemies into pieces due to its high damage coupled with her 1.5x multiplier as a Berserker, with its only demerit being getting herself stunned for the next two turns. Therefore, it is beneficial to have someone with a debuff skill within the party to wake her up from her slumber.
Atalanta’s NP generates critical stars for the party which allows Frank to have a chance to strike criticals even as Berserkers generally doesn’t do so. Besides that, they also work well together as sweepers for event farming due to both having AOE NPs.
Saint Martha is a good support for Frank as she can remove debuff with her skill while recovering slight amount of HP to make up for the HP loss from Frank’s skill.
Provides NP charges to Frank so that she can use her NP faster and even though he cannot remove her stun debuff but he does help out a bit by reducing the damages she takes.
Negates Stun Status These CEs patch Nobunaga’s low buff percentage and increase the amount of stars her Buster cards generate, allowing her to catch up to her competitors.
Starting NP Gain Since Frank’s main strength lies within her high damage NP, it is appropriate to equip her with Kaleidoscope so that it can be used as soon as possible at the start of battle.
HP Recovery If you feel that she needs more damage from her NP, this CE is recommended to be used only if you have a support within the party to recover her HP due to the HP losses every turn from the CE’s side-effect.

Upgrade Priority
3 > 2 > 1
When levelling Frank’s skill we prioritize the third skill first as it can increase her NP damage by quite a bit despite having slight HP loss per turn as a side-effect. After that,we proceed with the second skill as it does bring some extra utility to the party even if it has quite a low chance to succeed. We saved the first skill for last as NP gain is not something that Berserkers are specialized in and the increase in NP gain from the skill is not significant.

Frank’s command cards performance aren’t very good with low NP gain and star generation as her main strength comes from her powerful NP.
