Strategies
Battle 1
Like Quest 1, the Lancers here are only of 4 digits HP, so you can bring Archers in here.
Battle 2
Once again, there will be a big jump between the HP of this fight and the previous one. Marie can turn herself Invincible for a turn, but since she's a Shadow, she can't use her AoE NP.
Battle 3
Gilles has a special skill which increases the NP charge of the whole enemy party.
The final wave’s French Soldier has a skill which applies a Taunt on a random party member for one turn, which may be deadly when Gilles’ damage-increasing NP effect is active. So, despite being a generic enemy, take out that French Soldier first.
Strategies & Recommended Servants
You can bring your Archer Servants here, AOE Servants is fine to help wipe out the 2nd wave. But also keep a single target Archer to take care of Gilles since he has a lot of HP.
Jeanne is the biggest problem because she's of the Ruler class and has tons of HP. To help on this, have Berserkers on backup when the third battle commences. It will also help if one of your Archers can generate Critical Stars well (Atalante comes to mind).
Leave Jeanne as the last remaining enemy because at this stage (before the re-run), her NP will stun herself, giving you an extra turn to recuperate. This is also a good time to bring out the Berserkers, since there are less enemies to accidentally one-shot them or becoming the victim of the generic French Soldier's unique skill.
Those with Ignore Invincibility buff can be considered for both Jeanne and Marie. Remember that they use Invincibility, not Evade, so Sure-Hit buff will not work!
You may also consider bringing Ryougi Shiki (Assassin) into your team, not only she's effective against Shadow Marie Antoinette in the 2nd battle, she has a high chance to instant-kill that one French Soldier in the third battle.

In Wave 1, start farming, but keep your Archers from dying.
In Wave 2, focus on Shadow Marie first. Shiki can deal a lot of damage on her or even kill her instantly. It's all right if Shiki ends up dying in this wave, she finished her job
At the final wave, Gilles should be focused first. An NP from Emiya will leave the French Soldier in low HP, while Gilles will die from Robin's. Defeat the French Soldier next and let Dantes defeat Jeanne.
As usual, for the first wave, try to gather up NP to ensure that at least Nobunaga and Shiki have Level 1 NP. Always fill up Mash's NP whenever possible. If Mash managed to get 2 Arts Cards in the first round, she can almost fill up her NP bar as long as she uses her taunt skill.
Try to finish the first wave with a critical chain, this will prove useful.
When the second wave, use Nobunaga's Third Skill to increase her Critical strength, and with a Brave NP Chain you'll at least take out one French Soldier, and leave another with a chunk of HP taken out. Try to arrange the cards that after Nobunaga uses her NP, she switches target, therefore target the leftmost Soldier.
Then focus on Marie until she uses her Invincibility skill... this is where Shiki comes in: Her 1st skill also lets her ignore Invincibility, so if you can NP chain her, she can run through Marie's invincibility while dealing damage all the way. Try to have her killed in Shiki's turn.
Don't forget to continue on building and protecting your team while doing this. The Mystic Code is just the normal Chaldea due to its versatility and only 7 turn delay 3,000 HP heal.
In the third wave, try to once again have Nobunaga and Shiki with at least 1 NP, and hope that you can execute a Quick Chain.
Nobunaga's third skill should be online again, have her use Brave NP Chain, this time on Gilles, and enhanced with the Attack Up Mystic Code spell. This, combined with Nobunaga's tremendous Critical damage, will take a huge chunk of Gilles' HP
Take out the French Soldier with Shiki's Instant Kill via NP, and target on Gilles until he dies, leaving Jeanne alone.
Keep Mash alive, use a Command Spell if necessary, let Jeanne take out Nobunaga and Shiki. And so, what remains is a drawn out battle between Jeanne and a team with two tanks.
Have Georgios and Mash take turn in tanking whenever possible while either building up NP and critical stars so Brynhild, being the damage-dealer, strike on her, if you have gathered a good amount of Critical Stars beforehand, use her 3rd skill on herself (Mash's damage against Jeanne is unaffected with class resistance, but her attack score is too low by default)
When you know Jeanne is about to use her NP, notice that the next turn she will be invincible. Use that next turn to fill up NP or Critical Stars, and don't use your buffs beforehand, otherwise you will waste it.
Jeanne will have a time where she didn't have a Defense Up buff shortly before her NP is up, use that chance to strike.
Whenever Brynhild's 2nd skill is up, use it. Jeanne can raise her Critical skill, and her NP is non-damaging, so you can always use that skill anytime it's up.
This battle can take long, but eventually, Jeanne will be left with little HP, but manages to take out Georgios. Dantes comes too late again, by that time, Brynhild is already ready with an NP to kill Jeanne and finish the battle.
In the 2nd wave, focus on killing the Soldiers, sustain Gilgamesh's HP with Hans' NP. Shiki's 1st skill should allow her to bypass Marie's Invincibility
Whenever possible, reserve damaging NP for the 3rd wave.
In any case Hans gets killed by Marie, David takes over as the team healer.
In the third wave, if available, have Shiki instant-kill the French Soldier with her NP. Otherwise, use David's NP. Do it before he had someone killed by assigning 'Taunt' on your team.
Afterwards, kill Gilles by taking advantage of Class Resistance of Archers from Gilgamesh and David.
Once Gilles dies, swap one of your frontliners with either Dantes or Hyde, since they are good against Rulers like Jeanne.
Use NP early in Wave 2, Shiki failed to instant-kill Marie, still, use the rest of the round to build up more NP.
In Wave 3, a 3x NP Chain will take care of the crowd, but I accidentally wasted Shiki's NP on the French Soldier.
Swaps EMIYA for Orion, who gets killed early due to bad card draws. Heracles enters and manages to throw NP on Jeanne, but then Gilles kills him. Bad card draws killed EMIYA when he returns, but thankfully Mash is able to tank for Shiki and Dantes to build up their NP and defeat Jeanne and Gilles.
As shown, bad card draws is the bane of this strategy, but this is actually doable.
