He is perhaps the best attacker in the game, with the ability to deal damage through both his Buster cards and his NP. A single NP-Buster-Buster chain can obliterate a boss easily. However as a Berserker he will take a lot of damage and has no defensive skills to protect himself, which makes him a glass cannon.
Kintoki serves as a main damage source and a single target nuker. In his vanilla form he is very susceptible to being killed in one turn if the enemy crits or gets multiple attacks off on him. Therefore it is advised that you provide him protection through the use of taunts and defense buffs. Servants which provide invincibility are especially useful.

The priority between the first and the second skill depends on the setup that Kintoki is being paired with. If his NP gauge can be filled reliably then leveling up Monstrous Strength is more beneficial, however if he will struggle to generate NP gauge then leveling up his second skill is more beneficial.

A very good skill that gives a large attack benefit even at level 1, High Priority.
NP gauge granting skills are rare on Berserkers, and the amount granted is significant. At level 1 if combined with Kaliedoscope can provide a turn 1 NP, and at level 10 can be combined with Waver for the same result. High Priority
Heal and debuff resist, while the debuff resist is important because attack debuffs can be highly detrimental to Kintoki. However, this skill has lower priority than the others.
