The Lancer version of Altria Pendragon is known for her NP’s spammability. With a 50% NP charge skill and her NP’s feedback, it is possible for her to instantly gain 70% NP gauge in the turn after her NP is used. Additionally, her set allows her to deal a rather decent damage on her Noble Phantasm, which also has an Invicibility Pierce effect.
Unfortunately, she possesses little else outside of these, with no survival skill nor a critical affinity, though the former is somewhat mitigated by her large HP pool.
Pros
NP spammability.
Decent damage.
NP’s Invincibility Pierce and third skill’s debuff removal are good for certain scenarios.
Cons
Low damage potential compared to competitors due to lacking critical affinity.
No survival skill.
Strategies & Tips
Altria Lancer is best used in stages with multiple enemies, as it allows her to get the most out of her Noble Phantasm. Due to her NP gain skill, it is possible to capitalize on her NP damage, more so than her competitors. As such, she is best used with supporting Servants who are able to support this function. Her NP gain skill should be used as early as possible, in order to make the most of its cooldown.
Noble Phantasm
Rhongomyniad is a Buster-type damaging AoE Noble Phantasm, which applies an Invincibility Pierce on Altria for one turn. Aside from this, it also recharges her NP gauge slightly, the amount of which increases with Overcharge. These qualities somewhat make up for its unupgraded modifier, especially as the NP feedback synergizes with Altria’s NP gain skill, and the Invincibility Pierce can be useful for harder battles.
With Altria’s reliance on her Buster-type NP, Merlin is an obvious support choice. His heals and Invulnerability also aid her lack of survival skills. Additionally, he helps with critical star generation as well, something that Altria benefits from.
Thanks to Zhuge’s instant NP gain skills, Altria is able to largely ignore gaining NP, enabling her to focus on dealing damage instead. However, while his own 30% DEF up does help Altria’s survivability, it is not enough for longer battles.
The healing and defense buff provided by Hans mitigate Altria Lancer’s lack of a survival kit. His attack up and critical star generation also helps her damage, although he still lacks the crucial hard defensive skill.
Increase Lancer Altria’s Buster card damage. This type of Craft Essence affects her normal cards as well, making them one of her best Craft Essences. However, using them means that she is unable to perform an early NP. As such, in faster-paced battles, this type of Craft Essence is best used when she is paired with support Servants able to aid her NP gain.
Allows Altria to perform a Noble Phantasm early on in a stage. This type of Craft Essence is her most flexible choice especially in farming maps, as she can then focus on dealing damage, while having her NP at the ready.
Fixes her lack of a critical absorption skill, enabling Altria to deal critical damage more reliably. These CEs should be used when the team possesses means to constantly generate critical stars.

Mana Burst A
Altria’s primary damage increasing skill, Mana Burst is especially important due to her kit’s focus on her Noble Phantasm. As such, this skill should generally be leveled first of all, both for its percentage and cooldown.
Charisma B
Charisma applies an attack buff to all allies. Although additional damage increase is always a good thing, this skill’s strategic relevance is less than that of her first and third skills; as such, it should be leveled last of all.
Blessings from the End of the World EX
Fills Altria’s NP gauge instantly, and removes her own debuffs. Though most often used for the former, the latter can be useful for trickier fights. Due to the existence of supports able to fill NP gauges effectively, this skill should be leveled second, although it may be leveled first if the player is lacking said Servants / does not plan to use them.

While Lancer Arthuria’s QQABB deck is rather awkward when combined with her kit, her good NP gain makes it less of an issue. This also allows her to generate stars to an extent, making random criticals more likely even in the absence of a star generation support.
