Do not be lured with the sense of safety with the enemies only having 4 digits of HP. After this battle, there will be a huge jump in HP within the enemies.
Battle 2
This is a very straightforward battle, except that the enemies have a ton of HP. Because of this, a tank is recommended to survive through the battle until the next one.
Battle 3
Phantom of the Opera has a skill which applies a 80% Quick debuff to the whole party, and he will do so ASAP (at the beginning of the turn).
Phantom of the Opera also has a tendency to target female Servants first, he will spread out more often if your frontline team consist of all-male Servants.
Strategies & Recommended Servants
Due to the variation of classes appearing in this quest, Berserker Servants are recommended - in particular, those with AoE NPs, as they would save the trouble of having to deal with each individual skeleton. However, they will need protection by Tank servants, because their devastating power will not be efficient if they cannot outlast the long battle (especially the 2nd battle)
Tank Servants like Georgios or Leonidas can hold off during the 1st and 2nd battle, but Georgios' effectiveness decreases in the 3rd battle, where Phantom is an Assassin and can tear through a Rider like him, while his army of Sabers will tear through Leonidas. For this, you can take advantage of Phantom's tendencies to attack women by putting in Medea (a female Caster), this will at least distract Phantom to attack a class he's incompatible with, and her NP can keep his own at bay.
Archer Servants can be put onto the starting roster, as their weakness (Lancer) is only found at the 1st battle with 4 digits HP, and will be useful for the final battle against Phantom and his Sabers.
Because of that, however, it is not recommended to put a Saber in the team since the efficiency is not good for the long run.
If you have a Lancer and using the Mystic Code Chaldea Combat Uniform, you can put a Lancer in the beginning to make the 2nd wave quicker since they can deal good damage to the enemy Archers. However, once the battle with Phantom commences, quickly Switch them to another Servant in the backline

Use the first wave to charge up both Edmond Dantes and Santa Altria Alter's NP, and unleash them in the second wave to either severely damage or destroy the Skeletons and Shadow Mephistopheles.
In the third wave, Santa Altria Alter should be dead since Phantom of the Opera will target her, but Dantes should have charged up for another NP and cripple the third wave, allowing Robin Hood to nuke the rest with NP on Phantom, and his class advantage to the skeletons.
Waver serves as the constant support thanks to his attack, defense and NP Charge buffs.
Euryale and Ryougi Shiki (Assassin) didn't even get the chance to appear.
For the first wave, the idea is to take down the skeletons taking little to no damage using Emiya and Lancelot.
In the 2nd wave, Lancelot should have accumulated enough NP to burst down the wave.
When Lancelot falls, Medea and Mordred would tank the damage.
Emiya can survive until Phantom's second NP usage and managed to unleash one NP. After that, focused on the Skeletons first so the damage is more predictable. Mordred managed to use NP with skill 3 and taking damage before she fell, Medea used hers twice.
The Anchor is Heracles, using Triple Buster, Evasion + Guts and Self-Attack Buff to clean up the rest.
This is a rather minimalist team, because my game plan revolve to not use Command Spells or Dantes and carrying the one unit I always kept, Brynhild. With a team not very maximized in level, can I really do it? With a bit of luck (and tons of retries), yes.
Hans needs to have at least level 8 on his 2nd skill as a mean to support the team. Don't be afraid to use his NP whenever charged to 1.
Leonidas should be gathering NP via tanking on waves 1 and 2, by the 3rd wave, his tanking capabilities decreases that he'd die.
Meanwhile, Brynhild is used to systematically take down the enemies one by one, although filling up Hans' NP also take an equally big priority.
The 2nd wave skeletons are prioritized first since any miss on Leonidas' tanking would be fatal for Hans and Mephistopheles generates better NP for Leonidas' tanking.
Take advantage of Mephistopheles Innocent Monster Skill, since it drops his DEF, if you can score a Brave Chain (especially with Brynhild), that's a big bonus.
If you see both Brynhild and Leonidas able to use Buster Chain, use Leonidas' 3rd skill to boost your performance.
Come wave 3, Leonidas should be dead, replaced by Nobunaga. If you want to unleash Hans' NP, wait until Leonidas dies first.
That said, prioritize on Phantom of the Opera first, since his NP can spell doom to your party.
Since Brynhild and Nobunaga are the most high-leveled Servants in this team, Phantom would more likely target them, saving Hans the trouble.
When you see Brynhild having 2 Buster Cards, hope that you have a good amount of Critical Stars (Fragment 2030 helps in this, even if one of them is lost through the battle) and you have activated Hans' NP. That's when you will unleash everything from Brynhild, starting from her Buster/NP up skill, and her own 3rd skill, and combined with Hans' own 1st skill. If you have been prioritizing on Phantom, you may score a good amount of great critical hits via Buster Brave Chain (NP and 2B by Brynhild), enough to bring down Phantom or just leave him with little HP.
If Phantom managed to unleash his NP, make sure to decrease his NP power via Brynhild, and put Evade on Nobunaga. Most likely your team will not survive, but if they do, then Nobunaga will be the most effective damage dealer afterwards. (as of me, I didn't let Phantom unleash that NP)
Once Phantom is dead, let Nobunaga clean up the ground by taking out the Archers
