Medusa doesn’t really shine much even within the 3* servants pool mainly due to her low survivability and damage output. However, by utilizes her high NP charging rate Medusa can do quite a bit of work in sweeping enemies with her AOE NP.
Pros
High NP Charging Rate Medusa’s Arts card hits her target up to three times, allowing her NP to be charged up at a high rate. Besides that, with her third skill, Blood Fort Andromeda B along with an equipped Kaleidoscope CE, Medusa can use her NP directly on the first turn while increasing her NP generation up to 30%, allowing her to use her NP within a two turns interval if you are running her in an Arts party.
Cons
Low HP and Overall Damage As a 3 star servant Medusa’s stats are heavily outvalued by 4 star and 5 star servants, making her not really a viable servant to invest in for the long run unless you have a personal preference over her. Even though her NP is considered spammable due to the ease of building up her NP, it does not have a high damage and mainly used to boost the NP of your other main attacker in a NP chain.
Strategies & Tips
Medusa mainly fits in an Arts team that focuses more on charging up the NP gauge rather than raw damage output from offensive buffs. Medusa also requires the support from party members to shine due to her low HP and lack of defensive skills order than a single target one turn stun.
Noble Phantasm
Medusa’s Noble Phantasm, Bellerophon deals AOE damage to enemies and increases the party’s star generation for the next three turns. Even though the damage dealt is not high Medusa can recover her NP gauge much quickly especially with a NPAA combo which charges up the gauge almost up to 30% after use.
Helena’s third skill can increase all the command cards performance of the party while providing additional NP charges with her first skill. The increase in command card performance allows Medusa to hit much harder when combined with her Monstrous Strength B.
Increases both Arts and Quick cards’ performance which are beneficial to Medusa due to her command cards layout of QQAAB while providing a slight amount of NP of 10% at the start.
If equipped to Medusa, Increase Party's NP gain by 15% while she's on the field.

Upgrade Priority
Even though the first skill ability to 100% stun an enemy for a turn at Level 10 seems promising, we prefer to increase Medusa’s overall offensive ability first by levelling her second skill. After that, the third skill should be prioritized leaving the first skill to the last as it increases her NP gauge and NP generation rate by 30%, allowing her to unleash multiple NP within a few turns.

Medusa’s command cards are pretty average but note that her Arts card outdamaged her Buster card at normal situation and since it hits thrice, she can charge up her NP much faster.
Problem of rating AOE Servent as single target
Her NP5 area effect damage is 1000%
Only Berserker 3* match
Grail to 90 her damage is a fair bit higher than Many 5* AOE at NP 1 or even higher
it might say 1000% but its a quick type therefore its effective percentage is 800%. and her arts hitting 3 times doesn't mean in any way watsoever it does more dmg than her buster. buster has a 1.5x multiplier arts 1x quick 0.8x np % does not include this multiplier yet so a np 1 buster aoe that says 300% is actually 450% for example.

Is the info above outdated? My Medusa at level 50 has higher attack than my other level 50 3-star and 4-star servants, and that easily-obtained NP5 Bellerophon easily AoE nukes whatever I'm facing. I use her as my main QP daily farmer.
