Ereshkigal is the lancer that everyone has been waiting for since the launch of the Babylon Singularity. With the new Rincarnation in the spotlight, how does she fare? Ereshkigal is designed as a slightly more tanky Lancer, featuring a whopping 16065 base HP stat. This is compensated by her slightly mediocre 10343 Base attack stat. Her generation stats are pretty solid, featuring a pretty good NPgen thanks to a 6 hit Arts card paired with a 4 hit Quick card. While it is a shame that she doesn’t have more Arts cards, her Territory creation skill helps ease the load. Her star generation is also pretty solid with her Quick cards dealing a nice amount of hits as well as an EX card which hits 4 times.
Her skillset is very impressive, even among the higher tiered servants. Her first skill grants her Invincibility on top of giving a chance to gain debuff immunity, Insta-death immunity and buff removal immunity. This skill has a proc rate of 80% at max level, making it rather dependable. The buff removal immunity is also really important, as you will find out from her third skill. Her second skill is extremely potent, giving her a 50% boost to her NP gauge on top of a 50% boost to her Buster cards. This is an insane amount of power, considering that Ereshkigal has a total of 3 Buster cards in her deck when you include her NP. The 50% boost to her NP gauge is also extremely handy, making sure that she can have her NP up as much as possible. Her last skill gives her team an amazing number of buffs, increasing the team’s defense, NP gain rate and max HP stat. As if this wasn’t enough, it also applies a skill called Protection of the underworld. All servants with this buff applied will receive an attack buff whenever Ereshkigal uses her NP.
Ereshkigal’s set is highly centered around being used for utility, providing many buffs to her entire team, maximizing damage output while also ensuring survivability. Her set synergizes extremely well, giving her a distinct role in the team while also being able to deal damage to enemies despite her low attack stat.
Pros
High base HP
Powerful buffs that synergize well

Cons
Low attack for a Servant with an offensive NP
Only one Arts card for a servant that is dependant on NPing

Strategies & Tips
Ereshkigal enjoys being paired with servants that can either benefit from her defensive and offensive buffs, or being teamed up with servants that can make her hit harder while she keeps them alive. Use the first skill when any debuffs or NPs are headed your way, the second skill right before a Buster chain or when you need her NP up, and her third skill for a boost to the team’s survivability and NP gen or right before she fires off her NP.
Noble Phantasm
Ereshkigal’s NP is an AOE buster NP that boosts Eresh’s Buster performance for that turn on overcharge while also providing a 20% boost to the team’s attack stat as long as they have the “Protection of the underworld” buff applied to them.
Merlin is an extremely powerful servant when paired with Ereshkigal. The two can make sure that the team stays alive as long as possible. Eresh can handle the defensive buffs and while Merlin can help heal the team, regen NP for Eresh so she can NP often, and even boost her damage output as well as her already sky high HP.
Miyamoto is a strong Lancer which benefits from Ereshkigal’s many survivability buffs seeing that Minamoto has no sustain in her kit. Ereshkigal can also benefit from Minamoto’s damage buffs, increasing her stargen, increasing her buster performance and so on.
Hans is a strong support caster, providing NP gauge, crit damage stars per turn, healing and so on. Using him to back Ereshkigal up will ensure a healthy team to put out damage.
Buster Performance Up / NP Generation This craft essence boosts Ereshkigal’s Buster performance as well as her NP generation, helping her ready up her NP which is an integral part of her kit while also increasing her main source of damage.
Bonus Damage Up Black grail can be very useful on Ereshkigal, giving a huge amount of bonus damage to her NP, helping her boost her damage numbers. This on top of her Protection from the underworld skill ensures that she recovers whatever health she has potentially lost from the CE.
Support Up 2030 is an all around strong CE, but it is extremely useful on Ereshkigal, helping her fill in the support and utility functions that she does not already have. This means you have spare slots in the team to work with, spending less time worrying about slotting in star gen servants and so on.

Ereshkigal runs a QQABB set on top of a Buster NP, meaning that she can Buster chain by herself. This helps her push out damage relatively well despite her lacking attack stat. Ereshkigal also has an extremely nice amount of hit counts on her Quick, Arts and Extra cards, which means she has decent gen stats.
Useful as always. But i usually see other Masters prior skill 2 for maximum NP charge in minimum turns, you can NP twice or thrice in 3 turns while Skill 3 still in effect with right team and CE. Quite useful for farming and NP buff is not too important for NP5< Eresh. NP5 is different tho
It took me like a year, actually getting to Babylonia and her proper release for me to realize she was a blonde Rin. I am so glad I threw all those Saint Quartz for her.
