Euryale’s kit leans heavily towards male boss killing. Her Noble Phantasm is a single target NP which deals a massive amount of damage if the target is male, even if the target is not male, she has her Whim of the Goddess Arts buff, allowing her to be viable even outside of her speciality. Her main drawback is her lower stats as a 3 star.
Pros
Powerful anti-male Noble Phantasm (Is decent when against non-male targets)
Relatively easy to obtain NP5 due to her 3 star status
Skills serve her purpose well, allows her to gain NP very fast.
Skills also allow her to limit the enemy’s actions very well.
Cons
Lower stats due to being a 3 star servant.
Vampirism Skill success rate for draining enemy NP gauge is low.
Strategies & Tips
In general Euryale can be used as part of a Arts-based crit team, similar to most damage dealers. Crits allow her to effectively increase her NP and cycle it. Another way to use Euryale is in a pure Anti-male lockdown team with her sisters (Medusa and Stheno). The strategy involves locking down the enemy using their skills and NPs to charm and reduce their NP gauge, which prevents the enemy from doing much.
Merlin works with everyone, his NP generates stars, NP charge and healing per turn. On top of this his Charisma skill grants a party wide attack up and NP charge. His other utility could be useful too.
Man killing kit, her attack up skill also grants addition attack to divine servants, which includes Euryale. Also adds to the stalling potential with a charm and drain skill of her own.
Suited for shorter fights, when combined with her Vampirism skill she can immediately use her NP on the first turn.

Noble Phantasm
Euryale’s Noble Phantasm is a very powerful single target nuke. It works especially well against males, an important thing to note is that her increased damage to males increases along with her NP level, not overcharge and with her status as a 3 star she can easily increase her NP level. At max NP level she can outshine even 5 stars when against a male target. Other than damage, her NP also provides an attack debuff and a charm effect on males. The charm can be useful in a Male lockdown team, and an attack debuff is always a nice side benefit.

Upgrade Priority
(1st Skill) Vampirism C: Very useful, allows Euryale to build her NP even faster with the added bonus of possibly stalling the enemy’s NP for another turn. Note that the NP gauge has a success rate that maxes out at 80% when the skill is level 10.
(2nd Skill) Siren Song A: A simple charm skill that maxes out at 100% chance at level 10. Could buy a turn, but has the innate disadvantage of only working on males. However, since Euryale is most effective when against male opponents, so when deploying her it’s likely you’ll be facing male enemies . (3rd Skill) Whim of the Goddess A: Euryale’s most powerful skill. It increases Arts effectiveness for 3 turns with a cooldown of 5 turns giving it a 60% uptime. This skill allows Euryale to gain NP very quickly from her Arts cards and gives a large increase in damage for her NP.
Recommended upgrade priority is 3 = 1 > 2
Whether you upgrade the 1st skill or the 3rd skill first is mostly up to personal preference, the first is guaranteed to increase your NP gauge, while the 3rd guarantees damage, but relies on decent card draws to increase NP gauge.
Bloodsucker C
Available from the start Chance to reduce one enemy's NP gauge by 1. Charges own NP gauge.

Stheno has a AAQQB deck which is not the most optimal deck for NP gain but it is still good enough, however she doesn’t generate many stars. Both her arts and quick cards have a decent amount of hits, which increase NP gain efficiency. Overall her deck serves her well.
Euryale has been cleaning up against male Berserker bosses in America for me. She has one-hit Cu Alter on four separate occasions when backed up by Tamamo no Mae and equipped with a limit broken Halloween Princess. On the fifth time he takes the field, he survived two rounds.
