Altera	BBAAQ/B(NP) AOE Buster NP reduces def along with good damage. NPBB + star absorption does amazing damage. Team wide NP damage increase.
Altria	BBAAQ/B(NP) AOE Buster NP builds NP on Overcharge. Prana Burst is an amazing Buster buff. Brings an attack buff to the party. Intuition doesn't fit in with her kit.
Mordred	BBAAQ/B(NP) Anti-Arthur AOE NP NP Charge & Self Def Buff skill Self Buster Buff skill
Okita Souji Limited	BBAQQ/Q(NP) NP does good damage and reduces defense for follow up attacks. Good NP generation especially when combined with crits. Very good star generation. Can make use of stars with concentration.
Nero (Bride) Limited	BBAAQ/A(NP) NP is a single target Nuke which decreases defense. 2 Arts + Arts NP. Can serve as both support and damage dealer. Skills bring good utility.
Shiki (Saber) Limited	BBAAQ/A(NP) Triple Arts deck + Arts NP NP dispells team debuffs NP has AOE instant death effect Very good heal in exchange for 10% NP

Siegfried	BBAAQ/B(NP) Bonus damage against dragons. After his interlude his NP was upgraded to being average among Sabers. When against Lancer Class Dragon enemies (ie. Servants like Elisabeth) he will be extremely effective.
Altria (Alter)	BBAAQ/B(NP) Mana Burst provides a very effective Buster increase. Attack up (Low Rank Charisma). NP is powerful AOE and recharges NP acording to overcharge.
Altria (Lily)	BBAAQ/B(NP) Powerful Buster increase. NP Restores HP on overcharge. Party-wise NP gain buff. Low attack.
Le Chavelier d’Eon	BBAAQ/A(NP) NP debuffs Attack, defense and charms all genders. Serves as a good tanker. Has taunt, evasion, and a self defense buff. Self debuff removal
Nero Claudius	BBAAQ/A(NP) NP is AOE and ignores defense, reduces all enemy DEF acording to Overcharge. Most powerful Attack / Defense buff in the game. Multiple Heals. Gains a 3 fold guts after her interlude.
Rama	BBAAQ/B(NP) NP is Single Target, and does more damage afainst Fiendish enemies. A crit star user (reliant on his skill if others have high star eight). Party-wide attack increase from Charisma. Guts.

Gawain	BBBAQ/B(NP) AOE NP. Buster up skill when in Sunlight. Charisma (low rank). NP charge skill can apply one turn of guts.
Lancelot (Saber)	BBAAQ/A(NP) NP is very powerful, it buffs Arts and enables NPAA combo. NP Increases all damage done to the target by a set amount according to Overcharge. Can effectively Absorb and use stars. Very powerfoul crits.
Suzuka Gozen	BBAAQ/B(NP) AOE Buster NP. NPBB chain is very powerful, and can generate a good amount of stars when combined with a skill NP charge per turn skill. Divine.
Elisabeth (Brave)	BBAAQ/B(NP) Single target Buster NP. Skills:
Frankenstein	BBAQQ/Q(NP) Single target Quick NP, has chance to immobilize enemies. Skills:
Yagyuu Munenori	BBAAQ/A(NP) Single target Arts NP while also reducing target’s defense as well. Arts card performance and Critical star drop rate buff with boost to his debuff resistance. Self evasion with Attack buff. Single target Attack debuff with buff to NP generation as well.

Gaius Julius Caesar	BBAQQ/Q(NP) Single Target Quick NP, generates stars according to Overcharge. Party-wide NP damage buff. Party-wide Attack buff. Crit damage and star generation buff. Divine
Fergus Mac Roich	BBBAQ/B(NP) AOE Buster NP, decreases enemy debuff rate and decreases debuff resist according to Overcharge. Evasion coupled with defense. Defense buff (Decreases chance of attack buff hit). Self attack buff.

Some of the things you guys should fix.

1. V.shiki has only 2 arts cards + arts np

2. Musashi has triple buster deck excludong np

Any opinion on who the best 4star saber available to en is.

Right now, there is only 5 4-starred Saber : Nero, Artoria (alter), Siegfried, Chevalier d'eon, and Artoria (Lily).

Siegfried and Artoria (lily) is basically trash. Chevalier D'eon is a no-no because its very low attack. Nero is quite good. Finally, Artoria (alter) is the best saber because its high ATK and good NP.
