Being a ruler, Jeanne has the defence advantages over all servant classes currently in Fate / Grand Order except for Berserker. Combined that with team invincibility and heal, Jeanne provides high stability to a team. One of the biggest flaw in her kit is that she has no means to direct enemy attack to her, which makes her ways of protecting team limited to her NP and 3rd skill. Also, being a Ruler-class servant, she currently has no damage advantages over any servants which will decrease her effectiveness as the time passes and games gets harder.
Beyond Rome
5/10 - Her tankiness is still her virtue, but due to increased health pool of the enemy, Jeanne cannot deal the significant amount of damage before her enemies kill her. This decrease in duel-capability will reduce Jeanne’s rating.
After Strengthening
8/10 - Though not as effective as her glorious days since the enemies now are much stronger and thanks to the presence of Avenger-class servants, but strengthening quest which will remove the demerits from Jeanne’s NP and adds debuff removal will make her a viable tank supporter for the team once again.
Pros
High Survivability:
Jeanne currently has the highest health pool out of any servants available for summon, combine that with defence advantages of the Ruler-class and invincibility on her NP, Jeanne can survivable for a long time. If needed, she can duel with boss one-on-one using her defensive capability to turn the fight into battle of endurance.
Simple Requirements:
Jeanne does not require any extra materials but Servant pieces and monuments, which makes leveling her extremely quick and easy, as pieces and monuments are a lot more common than other materials.
Cons
Severe Demerits in NP:
While her NP provides Jeanne a good survivability, its demerit can turn it into a death trap. When her NP is used, Jeanne is stunned for two turn, allowing enemy to focus their damage on her freely for one turn. This decreases usefulness of Jeanne when left alone. This demerit will be gone once the strengthening quest for her NP is introduced, but it has not been implemented as of yet.
Skillset with Low Universality:
2 out of 3 of Jeanne’s skills are Servant-specific, and it only targets one servant. Making little merits in leveling either of the skill.
Strategies & Tips
Jeanne’s main use is the tank for the team. She cannot deal massive damage on her own, and if left alone, her stability greatly decreases due precarious nature of her NP. This is why, rather than relying on Jeanne to handle the situation, you must utilise Jeanne to protect servants who can handle the dungeon you entered.
Anderson’s NP decreases Jeanne’s reliance on her NP for survivability, since his NP provides ATK buff, DEF buff, and heal. Also combining Anderson’s star-gen per turn and Jeanne’s Revelation, the team can have steady supply of crit-stars.
Being two of the most prominent tankers in the game, Mash and Jeanne skill can complement with each other, especially when Jeanne can apply heal for Mash, a skill Mash does not have herself.
Or Sorcery Ore. As using her NP frequently to protect teammates are essential part of her use, increasing NP gain helps her to use NP faster will help increasing her effectiveness. Hence, it is recommended that NP gain increase is used rather than NP charge, since she benefits more from frequent use of NP rather than using NP quickly for once.
Increasing defence will significantly increase Jeanne’s already high survivability, and this can decrease her reliance on her NP for survival when left alone too.

Her first skill, Revelation, always takes priority, since it is star-gen has more application than either of her other skills. When choosing between her second and third skill, the third Skill God’s Resolution, should take priority. Since it’s usefulness is much higher than the second skill. The second skill, True Name Discernment, decreases enemy’s NP damage by 30% at lvl. 10, makes little difference when most all bosses have significantly higher stats than that of players.

Jeanne’s command cards are art-oriented, she has 3 Arts cards and 1 Buster and 1 Quick card. Having 3 Arts card gives Jeanne quick NP charging ability, as well as ability to assist others’ NP charging by assisting them in creating Art-chains.
I find Jeanne works wonder with art up CE like Formalcraft since she has 3 art cards. If you are not using her in art team then Prisma Cosmos is a great alternative.
