8 stars a turn can be combined with a servant's skills to generate 20+ stars per turn. When multiple 2030s and skilsl are stacked, it is possible to reach 30 per turn without taking into account servant star generation
This CE will allow a Servant to rack up Critical Stars on their own and deliver a stronger Critical strikes in the same time. Berserkers will definitely value this since they're naturally delivering more powerful blows than others.
A very powerful Heaven's feel which comes with a demerit of 500 HP per turn. The demerit is not significant, but will definitely build up over time. Recommended for use on servants that can build up their NP quickly,
NP charge and a Buster up, while the charge is only 40% when not limit broken, it comes with a more powerful Buster increase (when comparing to other similar CEs). Therefore, while the NP charge given is only 40% which could make timing the NP correctly harder, the trade off for more damage is worth it.
A middle-ground for an array of effects which makes it very versatile. It augments the damage from both critical hits and NP which in combination is a lot of firepower with the right servant. As an event CE it is highly likely to be limit broken. Recommended on crit / NP damage servants (such as Kuro, Jeanne Alter herself)
Fragment of 2030 is listed twice and Talk on the Heated Sands is using Kaleidoscope's description.
Pretty sure that they have abandoned the CEs tier list.
I mean just look at this:
-Talk on the Heated Sands: "Useful on pretty much every servant as 80% NP gauage can be combined with a variety of effects (such as Waver's skills) to immediately use a Servant's NP"
-Talk on the Heated Sands effect was supposed to be: "Increase Critical Star Gather Rate by 400% and increase Critical Hit damage by 20%." Which has nothing to do with 80%NP
Why Fondant au Chocolat is in S tier, instead of CE with similar effect but less situational like Halloween Princess, Azure Magical Girl, Someday in Summer etc
Also isn't Golden Sumo Wrestling a better option than First Sunrise, I know card effectiveness is important but most servants don't have high hit count on their buster cards anyway.
