Caster of Okeanos or Circe is a yet another caster with an offensive NP. So how does she fare as a servant when compared to her fellow casters and damage dealers? Circe has an extremely strange set, centering around debuffing enemies while buffing up her allies. Her first skill is a handy boost to her NP gauge, allowing her to fire off her NP much earlier than planned. Her second skill poisons all enemies for 3 turns while also reducing their defences. This is extremely helpful in long fights, causing DOT while also increasing the team’s damage output. Her final skill removes all allies debuffs while increasing their crit gen by up to 50% for 3 turns. This can be extremely helpful in a squad centered around critting, especially since it has a cooldown of 6 turns at max level.
She has a nice set of passive skills in territory creation as well as item creation, allowing her to land her debuffs easily as well as increasing her NP gen and Arts damage. She does however, have a terrible NPgen stat, made slightly better by her hitcount on Arts card as well as being able to Arts chain with herself. She will rely heavily on this to be able to NP regularly. Her Star gen is nothing much to talk about either. Her HP is stat is pretty solid, second only to Medea Lily when compared to her fellow 4 star casters. Her attack stat however is horrible, paired with her caster class multiplier. This is rather weird when paired with her NP which is an offensive Buster card.
Overall her set can synergize with the right teammates, however, she is a servant that requires building around, as compared to being slotted into any team you like.

Strategies & Tips
Circe will enjoy being paired with servants that can buff her damage and NP gen while also benefiting from her team buffs. Servants that need a boost to their star gen will also benefit from her star gen buff while also doing more damage on their crits thanks to her defense drop buff. Servants with a high number of Arts cards can also help her Arts chain more consistently, ensuring that she has her NP up when her first skill is on cooldown.
Noble Phantasm
Plump Piglets is a single target Buster NP that turns an enemy into a pig while also dropping their crit chance for 3 turns on overcharge. While useful, it is crit chance debuffs are mostly only used in top tier content. The stun also only lands on certain enemies though the conditions are not known at the current moment. The NP can be used in tandem with her first skill, using her NP twice in a row. This ensures that the enemy cannot deal damage for 2 turns assuming that the “Stun” lands.
Merlin is a helpful servant to pair with, giving Circe the NP support that she needs while also boosting her attack and Buster cards if you wish to do more damage on her NP. He keeps her alive and makes sure she can use her NP more often while also hitting harder.
Jeanne is a powerful support servant for Circe, providing additional debuff support while also helping by providing survivability for Circe who has no defense or recovery skills in her set. Jeanne also has a nice amount of Arts cards, helping Circe Arts chain more consistently.
Robin hood benefits from servants who can assure poison debuffs on enemies. Circe is able to support Robin Hood with her poison on her second skill. This means he can do extra damage to his enemies on NP while also being able to Arts chain with Circe thanks to his Arts filled deck.
Formalcraft is great on Circe, ensuring that she has a much better NPgen while also pushing her Arts damage higher to make up for her low attack stat. This ensures she can NP more consistently.
Kaleidoscope is an overall solid CE, helping servants NP much earlier than usual, giving her the chance to spam her NP much faster than her other teammates, stunning the enemy and ensuring the team stays safe.
Dive to blue is a strong partner to Circe, increasing Arts performance, increasing her NP damage and giving her a starting NP gauge of 50%, overall giving her a moderate boost to all the stats that she depends on.

Circe has a normal Caster deck, Featuring QAAAB deck. She is able to Arts chain with herself which is extremely helpful to get her NP online. However, her NP is a Buster card, which doesn’t really make sense in her set. Her hitcounts are pretty decent as a whole, but her gen stats pulls that down.
Idon't have much problem regarding her np gain, with her triple arts deck, she'll be able to gain np quickly. her damage is mediocore, she'll need more than her own kit to provide a strong damage. But hey! she's cute. what more can you ask! her voicelines in my room are REMARKABLE :D
