[JP] Elisabeth honestly doesn’t really do much. She hits with the lowest amount of NP damage among the AoE Lancers, and her skillset doesn’t offer anything special. To be completely honest, with her cost and with the amount of benefit she’s able to offer, one should avoid using her if one had better Lancers available.
[NA] Elizabeth’s Strengthening Quest did not really change up her performance by a great amount, but with her current skillset, one can judge that she’s still very lacking overall.
Pros
Is able to buff Female Allies’ ATK with her skills by 60% against one enemy
NP ignores DEF
Battle Continuation gives her a decent survival method
Cons
Poor overall NP gain with her deck
Her Charisma’s special effect doesn’t affect her
NP damage is terribly low
Strategies & Tips
Elisabeth is rather… unfortunate. Putting it bluntly, she doesn’t really do anything. As a farmer her overall NP gain is on the lower side, and her damage is absolutely horrendous. As a support, she offers one thing which can honestly be substituted by other units.
Still, Elisabeth is able to provide a nifty 40% ATK up to Female allies except herself, which when paired with her 2nd skill grants a total 60% increase in damage to Female Allies, which is somewhat useful. It’s just that, other than that she doesn’t really offer anything else as a support, and as a damager her skills are somewhat annoying in that her 1st skill’s niche bonus doesn’t affect her, which limits her damage.
As such, it can be said that it’s best to invest in other units that may offer better service in regards to a role they are focused in.
Waver’s ATK up and NP stack up for a high-scaling ATK up, which allows Elisabeth to hit harder on her bursts. His DEF up can also be useful in keeping her alive, and his ability to instantly charge an ally’s NP gauge can allow her to use her NP quicker, as with her deck she might encounter problems charging it.
Shakespeare’s Buster buff is rather useful for Elisabeth’s NP damage, as it multiplies with her ATK up. Not only that, but his 3rd skill can also be useful in charging her gauge as well.
[JP] Merlin is able to charge Eli’s NP gauge directly over time, which can be useful in letting her use her NP at better rates. He also provides both an ATK and Buster buff, which can multiply and stack with her own buffs for damage. He also provides healing for sustain, which can help keep her alive.
An increase in Buster can actually allow Elizabeth to deal decent amounts of damage, as it would multiply with her ATK up/DEF down to improve her NP damage and Buster chain damage.
An NP damage buff scales much higher than most Buster up CEs, and so as such a CE like this would buff Elisabeth’s NP damage to hit higher numbers much faster.
When equipped to Elisabeth (Lancer) only, restore HP for all allies by 500 each turn while Elisabeth (Lancer) is on the field

Eli’s NP damage is horrendous. At NP1 it deals 13k against all enemies, and offers a meager Curse debuff as a secondary effect. It hits for the lowest amount of damage among all AoE Lancers, and although it can deal slightly more against a single target with her 2nd skill, the damage only increases to 15k, which is still the lowest among all AoE Lancers.
Still, as a Buster NP it can be used for an NPBB Brave chain, which actually allows her to deal quite a good amount of damage. Even without her 1st skill’s trait bonus Eli is able to hit with a good class multiplier and a 40% increase in damage against one target, which can make her NPBB braves hit for decent numbers overall.

Charisma of Sadism A / Cooldown: 7-5 Increase all allies’ ATK (3 turns) Increase all [Female] allies’ ATK except self (3 turns)
This skill is pretty useful in farming teams, considering that there are a good number of female Servants ingame. However, it’s rather frustrating that Eli herself doesn’t benefit from the additional buff, as it would have been a very good bonus to boost her NP and brave chain damage.
Battle Continuation is pretty nice to have as a survival skill, although it’s still limited to mostly one use in a battle. Elizabeth doesn’t really have any other way to back up her survival or to heal herself back to full health after reviving, so this skill is mostly a back up for when things get bad.

A QQABB deck is a poor fit for Elisabeth, as it cripples her NP gain greatly. Her hitcounts don’t allow her to generate much out of her hits, and together they also don’t make her splashy enough as a support. Still, having 2 Busters do allow her to make NPBB braves, which can at least give a decent amount of damage. With her Territory Creation skill it’s true that her NP gain isn’t as bad as other Lancers, but really even with it, she doesn’t gain that much overall.
It's worth notice that event with Sadistic Charisma (she got 4% more atk since the secondary effect does not effect herself), Elizabeth NP damage is still a lot lower than NP5 Romulus and Hector, so her own damage potential is not that great.
