The Assassin version of Nitocris is noted for having a Taunt skill with a damaging Noble Phantasm, making her a rather flexible damage dealer. Her Taunt, when combined with her first skill, allows her to tank most normal attacks while taking little to no damage. Her third skill provides a means for her damage dealing side to be more useful.
However, with her Assassin modifier and unupgraded AoE NP, Nitocris’ damage is much lower when compared to other Servants. On the other hand, it is also impossible to capitalize on her defensive side as her 1-turn Taunt has too long of a cooldown. And lastly, while she is capable of absorbing normal hits, the same could not be said of Noble Phantasms, where she would need additional support.
Pros
An acceptable damage dealer with the help of her third skill.
Possesses strategic flexibility due to her defensive side.
Her star generation rate and decent hitcount allow for a slight Quick/critical affinity.
Cons
Low damage potential limits her value.
Her Taunt has too long a cooldown to actually be useful.
Relies on external defense buffs to be able to tank NPs reliably.
Strategies & Tips
Nitocris is best used as a damage dealer in Arts-oriented parties, although her lower damage means that a dedicated team is needed if she is to be used as a primary damage dealer. She also makes for a decent secondary damage-dealer, able to kill waves of lower-health Rider opponents. Her Taunt should be used in accordance with an ally’s defense buff, in order to let her tank NPs reliably.
Noble Phantasm
Sneferu Iteru Nile is an Arts-type damage dealing AoE Noble Phantasm, which applies a defense debuff on all opponents aside from having an instant kill chance. Nitocris’ main cannon, its damage is helped somewhat by her third skill; however, it is still plagued by Assassins’ low damage modifier. The defense debuff lasts for three turns, and provides some sort of damage support; on the other hand, the instant kill chance is negligible.
Tamamo’s kit works well with Nitocris, allowing the latter to perform Noble Phantasms at a much faster rate with higher damage. Tamamo also provides extra survival for the team through her heals, and she makes Nitocris’ long cooldown less painful.
Mash’s defense buffs work well with Nitocris, easily allowing her to tank even the most powerful of Noble Phantasms. They are also able to alternate their Taunts, making the team’s defense much more reliable.
WBy pairing two AoE Assassins, together they can take out waves of Rider mobs with moderately high HP. Their defense downs also make for a good overall damage increase for the team, allowing even their normal attacks to hit much harder.
Due to the high percentage of Arts performance ups provided by Servants such as Tamamo no Mae in Arts-based teams, these Craft Essences are Nitocris’ primary choice in such compositions, bringing her NP damage up to a decent level.
Increases her Arts cards’ NP gain, as well as her NP damage. When she is used solo, this may be the better choice for Nitocris compared to NP damage up CEs; however, when she is used in dedicated compositions, the latter scales much better.
Allows her to tank much more reliably even at lower first skill levels. However, her second skill must be leveled for this type of Craft Essence to be somewhat useful.
When equipped to Nitocris (Assassin), increases Arts Card effectiveness by 10% & NP Gain by 10% for all allies while Nitocris (Assassin) is on the field.

White Imperial Garments A
Nitocris’ defensive skill, its primary feature is a defense up for three turns, with an additional 30% on the first turn. It also increases her debuff resistance. Due to Beach Panic’s long cooldown, it is better to level this skill last in order to align their cooldowns.
Beach Panic EX
Taunts opponents for 1 turn and grants herself a damage reduction buff that lasts for five turns and three hits. Due to the long cooldown, it is recommended to level this skill before White Imperial Garments for the cooldown reduction.
Royal Road of Hot Sands A
Increases Nitocris’ attack, NP damage, and NP gain for three turns. As she is primarily a damage dealing Servant, this skill should be leveled first.

With a QQAAB deck, Nitocris should have no trouble creating Arts chains in an Arts-focused team. While a Triple-Arts deck may be more desirable, this deck does allow her to generate a decent amount of critical stars.
