Nero Claudius Bride form is a highly versatile Saber class servant that has almost every buff that you need within her skillset, with the bonus of having the ability to use it on others rather than on herself only. Her high NP acquisition rate also stabilizes her role as an attacker as she can spam her NP with ease.

• Balanced in almost every aspect

  Nero’s skillset comprises of everything that you need, NP generation, attack boost, increase star generation, defense up and even HP recovery. Furthermore, these skills do not apply to herself only but can be also used on her allies, making her kind of like a semi-support to the party. If you plan to use her as an attacker you can use all the buffs on her instead, making her a highly versatile servant to have.

• High NP acquisition

  With Arts cards that hit for three times for 2.1% NP charge in total, Nero is a beast when it comes to NP charging. By combining her NP with her Stars in Heaven skill in a brave chain, Nero can almost fully charged her NP again even after use with the aid of a last slotted Arts card, allowing her to be solely dedicated to NP spamming as her main damage source.

• Difficulty in making use of increased star generation rate

  When using the Flower on Earth skill on Nero herself for the increase in attack, the increase in star generation rate however cannot be fully utilized by her to having only one Quick card. Therefore, it is preferable to apply the skill on another servant focusing on critical stars instead of on herself to maximize the benefits from the skill.

Nero can act as an attacker or semi-support in a party as she is able to provide her party members with a variety of buffs depending on the situation. Besides that, she is also able to deal quite a lot of damage on her own due to high performance on her command cards allowing her to buff herself if there are no other suitable candidates.

Nero’s Noble Phantasm, Fax Caelestis is a single target NP that deals considerate amount of damage while applying additional debuff of burn, defense down and critical chance chance down to the target for five turns when overcharged. Due to Nero’s ability to charge up her NP gauge very quickly, it is possible to spam her NP for a few turns consecutively with NP support from her party members.

Skill Priority: 2 > 1 = 3

As Nero’s skills can all be used on her allies, we would like to focus on the skill that can be used in most situation which in this case is her second skill that provides increase in attack and star generation rate. After that, it depends on whether you prefer higher NP gain or HP recovery which splits your choices into either first or third skill.

Nero’s command cards performance is very good when compared to other Saber class servants due to her high hit count on Quick and Arts card coupled with excellent NP charge per attack.
