Okita is one of the most solid Quick-based critical Servant released up to date. Boasting both high NP gauge and star generation rate, her performance is top-notch, even without supporting teammates. Her Noble Phantasm’s defense down also allows her Noble Phantasm Brave chains to be exceptionally powerful, something that is rarely found among Quick-based Servants.
However, she is not without faults. Though powerful, most of her skills only last for one turn, giving Okita less room to improvise. Additionally, to achieve maximum performance with Okita, her Quick cards must be used whenever they do pop up. This can often create problems when she is paired with Arts-inclined Servants, as it conflicts with the much-needed Arts chains.
Pros
High NP gain.
High critical star rate.
Great performance even without outside support.
Powerful skillset.
Cons
Doesn’t synergize well with non-Quick Servants.
Options are rather limited, as most of her skills only last for one turn.
Strategies & Tips
Okita is best used alongside other Quick Servants, as it makes her reliance on Quick cards a no issue. However, she can be used outside of her recommended teams; in fact, she is possibly the best Saber in this regard. Mumyou Sandanzuki can be used as prelude to either a Brave Chain or an NP chain, though the former is generally preferred due to Okita’s critical-inclined nature and the potential to unleash it again in a couple of turns.
Noble Phantasm
Mumyou Sandanzuki is a single-target Noble Phantasm that deals damage and applies a major defense down (30%). Although the amount increases with Overcharge, this is one of the few NPs which you would almost always use as the first card in a chain, to maximize the debuff’s usage.
Provides healing, critical stars and buffs. Although Hans relies on his Noble Phantasm, his second skill makes it so he is less reliant on Arts chains. Casters’ low critical absorption rate also works in Okita’s favor, allowing her to perform criticals much more reliably.
Provides buffs and Noble Phantasm gauge increase. Zhuge Liang’s critical and ATK buffs are highly valuable for Okita. Additionally, his NP gauge increase mitigates the disadvantages caused by her lack of Arts cards.
The best star generator ingame, Jack the Ripper also possesses high NP gain, similar traits to Okita. Her three Quick cards allow for constant criticals, and Jack’s diverse skillset allows the team to overcome more situations than normal.

Shukuchi B
This skill functions as Okita’s main buff, granting her a significant bonus to her Quick card performance. Due to most of her skillset only lasting for one turn, this skill should be leveled first for the cooldown reduction, in order to maximize her damage output.
Weak Constitution A
This skill helps Okita to perform a critical hit, by multiplying her critical absorption rate. However, in proper Quick-critical teams, the high amount of stars consistently generated combined with the Saber class’ rather high absorption rate makes this skill less useful. It is best to level this skill last, although it may be recommended to get it to a decent skill level.
Eye of the Mind (False) A
Although its primary function is an Evade, Eye of the Mind also grants a major critical buff, which synergizes really well with Okita’s overall set. As such, this skill should be leveled second, after Shukuchi. work in progress

The QQABB deck often poses a problem for the Servant, as it limits the opportunity to create Arts chains. However, this is not the case with Okita, as her innately high NP generation rate is more than enough to make up for it. Additionally, the two Buster cards allows her to deal more damage overall compared to most Quick Servants.
