Penthesilea is a prime example of a glass cannon Berserker. Boasting the highest rank of Mad Enhancement, it gives her increased normal damage compared to other Berserkers of the same rarity. This is augmented more by her high Mad Enhancement rank, as well as her charisma and Buster buff, both of which last for three turns. Her third skill also grants her bonus damage against male Greek Mythology units for three turns. Additionally, her debuff immunity is highly valuable in harder quests, and her NP charge skill allows her to perform NP much more reliably.
Her biggest weakness, however, is her lack of any sort of survivability function, barring her NP’s attack debuff (which is pretty minor without Overcharging). It makes her rather hard to keep alive, especially in harder stages. This also means that her teambuilding options are rather limited in this regard. Outside of her bonus damage and debuff immunity, she also has little to no situation flexibility.
Pros
Good sustained damage.
Debuff immunity prevents severe debuffs such as stun or charm to hinder her performance.
Some of her bonus damage targets are recurring bosses for harder quests (i.e. Heracles).
NP charging skill means she suffers less from Berserkers’ single-Arts deck.
Cons
Especially low survivability.
Little flexibility.
Strategies & Tips
Penthesilea is a rather straightforward damage dealer, meaning that the team would most likely be focused on keeping her life. She is best used in stages where her bonus damage can come in handy. It is also recommended to have somebody with an NP-charging skill, which would allow her to focus on dealing damage. It is best to focus her buffs on turns where she can perform Buster Brave chains, in order to make the most of her buffs.
Noble Phantasm
Outrage Amazon is a single-target Noble Phantasm which applies an attack debuff on the target. While the attack debuff increases with Overcharging, it is usually much better to use it as a starter to Penthesilea’s Brave chains, especially when there are allies capable of covering her lack of survivability.
Providing some extent of survivability, NP gain aid, and damage increase, Merlin is an obvious choice for Penthesilea. The critical stars he provide also allows her to perform criticals every so often, as well as increasing the team’s overall NP gain. However, it should be noted that she is still vulnerable to being one turn killed.
One of the most important effect Zhuge Liang has on Penthesilea is his defense buff, which reduces her vulnerability towards opponents’ critical attacks. His NP gain aid also helps Penthesilea even more - potentially allowing her to unleash her NP almost back to back - while his attack up increases her overall damage.
Just like Penthesilea, Nightingale’s buffs last for 3-turns as well. Thanks to her Berserker class, it means that the team will have high sustained damage. However, the team’s NP gain and survivability are somewhat questionable, meaning that they should focus on killing the opponents as soon as possible.
These CEs increase Penthesilea’s damage from NP as well as her normal Buster cards, greatly enhancing her sustained damage. While her second skill greatly helps her NP gain, these CEs are better used in stable compositions, with supporting Servants at her side.
Thanks to her second skill, pure starting NP CEs are not essential for Penthesilea to unleash her NP early on. As a result, these CEs are her preferred choice, allowing her to have increased overall damage even in situations demanding an early NP.
To be used in harder stages, where Penthesilea’s survivability is paramount. As unleashing her NP is still an important aspect in these stages, she is still able to perform it rather early with a bit of external help if her second skill is sufficiently leveled.
When equipped to Penthesilea (Berserker) only, increase Buster Card effectiveness for all allies by 20% & decrease DEF for all allies by 10% [Demerit] while on the field.

Charisma B
Increases the party’s attack for three turns. Due to her nature as a glass cannon, this skill is a great help for Penthesilea, though other from that, it has no special properties.
Golden Rule (Beauty)
Increases Penthesilea’s NP gauge each turn for three turns, and grants her debuff immunity for the duration. This skill is especially valuable, as her triple Buster deck means that she’d generally have trouble gaining NP.
Bellow of Ares A+
Increases the party’s Buster performance, as well as granting Penthesilea a damage bonus against Greek mythology males. Both effects last for three turns, meaning that under the right situation, her sustained damage would be increased substantially for the duration.

Berserker of Eldorado's QABBB deck means that she is able to deal damage consistently. While the deck would normally pose a problem for her NP gain, this hindrance is significantly mitigated by her second skill.
