Jack the Ripper is an Assassin class servant that focuses on generating large amount of critical stars and using it to dish out huge damage either by herself or supplying the stars to another attacker within the party.
Pros
Excellent critical stars generation. With a star generation rate of 25.5% and Quick cards that hit for five times, Jack is no joke when it comes to star generation. With only one Quick card she can generates around 9 to 12 critical stars depending on the card’s order and by having three Quick cards in her command cards layout, it is unusual for her to be starved of critical stars.
Buff removal skill. Jack’s offensive abilities are further increased with her Information Erasure skill as she is able to remove all the buffs stacked up on the enemy whether be it defense increase or invincibility/evasion.
Cons
Average damage output without critical. Even though Jack has quite a high attack stat on paper but due to Assassin class servants having a 0.9x multiplier, her damage output maybe a bit lacking sometimes especially you failed to land any critical even with all the critical stars generated.
NP’s overcharge effect only affects female servants. Jack’s NP deals exceptionally high damage against female servants with a 50% increase at Level 1 but it doesn’t have any additional effects against male servants.
Strategies & Tips
Jack is mainly used as an attacker that focused on critical damage with her exceptionally high critical stars generation. She also has no problem with building up NP charges as the five hits on her Quick card is no joke when aligning it in a AQQ pattern. She does have a build in self evasion and HP recovery in her skillset but any further supports from party members are still useful such as defense buffs and NP charges.
Noble Phantasm
Jack’s Noble Phantasm, Maria the Ripper is a single target NP that ignores the defense of the target which is useful in situation where the enemy has a lot of defense buffing skill. Besides that, the increase in damage against female servants also adds up to lots of additional damage especially when you pulled off a brave chain with NP in the first slot.
As another critical-focused servant, she works well together with Jack by absorbing the critical stars generated by Jack to deal huge damage with her critical power up skill.
Acts almost the same as Okita Shouji by having Jack to supply her with enormous amount of critical stars and translate them into devastating damage output.
The best CE that one can get to increase Jack’s Quick card performance which can improves her damage tremendously by having three Quick cards in her layout.
By combining this CE with Jack’s standalone high star generation rate, it is sufficient to supply the whole party with all the critical stars needed and it does act as a backup star generator if you happen to not draw into any of her cards.

Upgrade Priority
You will focus on raising the first skill at the start as it increases her Quick cards damage including her NP while providing self evasion for a turn. After that, we turn our attention to the third skill that provides her with quite an amount of HP recovery which is 2500 at Level 10 with only a cooldown period of four turns. We only level the second skill at the last because it is quite situational and doesn’t really do much in normal circumstances.

Jack’s command cards performance is way over the top especially in the aspect of star generation with people claiming that it is possible to get over 50 stars with a QQQ order. Even though she only has one Arts card but her NP gain is also not too bad due to the multiple hits on her Quick card.
Agree that 2030 is a more stable start generating source than any quick servant in the game. However, Jack is the best start generator in the game, it feels like a waste to put a CE that was meant for servants that can't generate start on her.
If you want more stable start gen then why even bother with quick servants in the first place. Just go with 2030 or any servants with passive star gen like Hans, Jeanne, Merlin etc.
Well, the Jack's Best CEs section above listed 2030 as Jack best CE, when she suppose to be the best stargen in the game. There is no reason to put 2030 on a servant that can generate a bunch of stars on her own.
You clearly never played the game. Or at leat never try to utilize quick team. Jack 3 quick cards is distributed in 3 turns. Which means CE like 2030 is to add consistency when none of her quick card or only one of her quick card available. Using passive stargen is difficult if youre not a whale with 3 2030 because the star gathered from the servants you mentioned only give aroud 10 star per turn.
Passive star gen team can be formed even without 2030 all you need is 2 passive star generators (Hans, Liz Caster, Mephistopheles etc ) and a servant with high star weight. I actually found passive star gen team are easier to form compare to Quick team at least in NA due to the lack of cheap Quick star generator.
