Helena is one of the best support in the game among the ★4 servants pool with her abilities that make her comparable to the infamous Waver and Merlin. Even though she does fall off slightly compared to the other two due to the difference between 4 Stars and 5 Stars, it is still a very useful servant that should not be neglected if you managed to get your hands on her.
Helena is a support role servant that helps to increase the damage of her party members using her Pursuit of the Unknown skill that covers all types of servants, be it Buster, Quick or Arts focus. Besides that, she can also provide NP charges to the whole party and generate small amount of critical stars every turn with her Mahatma skill.
Helena’s Noble Phantasm, Sanat Kumara is an AOE NP that would debuff the enemies after the damage has been done. The decrease in enemies’ defense would allow your party to deal more damage to them while the decrease in debuff resistance would make it easier for stun effects to get through. Besides that, it also has a defensive usage by decreasing the critical chance of enemies to reduce the chance of getting killed accidentally by criticals.

 Ramesses II | As Helena’s Mahatma skill that increases her NP damage has a 80% success rate at max level, Ozy can help to increase it to 100% with his Protection from Ra skill that increases the success rate of servant skills for a turn. Besides that, as a Rider class himself he is able to make use of the critical stars provided by Helena to dish out heavy damage. |
 Elizabeth (Halloween) | As Elisabeth herself also have skills that generate critical stars, they can both be used together to feed servants that are hungry for critical stars such as Drake. |

Both Helena’s first and third skill should be leveled simultaneously but the priority can differ between whether you would prefer fixed amount of NP charges or an increase in all the command cards’ performance which would also increase your servants’ efficiency at building up NP gauges. The second skill has a lower priority than the other two as five critical stars per turn aren’t that much and the increase in NP damage buff has a chance of failing even at max level.

Helena’s Arts card performance are pretty average, at almost the same level as the other 4* Casters. However, her Quick card has slightly better effectiveness with five hit counts, allowing her to generating quite a bit of critical stars and gain NP when queued together with her Arts cards.
