Ozymandias (Ramesses II) is currently unavailable on the EN ver. Ozymandias (Ramesses II) is available in Story Summons after 6th Singularity: Camelot becomes available.
Ozymandias is a highly survivable attacker, possessing high percentage attack and defense buffs. This is mainly thanks to his unique skill, Protection of the Sun God, which allows him to proc both Imperial Privilege buffs reliably. His buffs also last for three turns, allowing him to have a much longer burst phase compared to other Servants. Despite having no directly critical-related skill, he automatically possesses such an affinity due to his Rider class, which is a huge asset for damage dealers. He also possesses some team support functions: His first skill Charisma, his third skill Protection of the Sun God’s NP gauge increase (as well as the buff chance up for certain Servants), and his Noble Phantasm’s NP Seal.
However, Ozymandias has a few weaknesses as well. Firstly, Ozymandias lacks a hard defensive skill - that is, Evasion/Invincibility. As a result, he looks to his allies to provide these in more lengthy battles. Additionally, while Riders’ base critical star weight is the highest among all classes, the lack of a critical absorption skill makes his critical performance slightly less reliable compared to his competitors. Lastly, while he’s a rather ideal choice for critical damage dealer, he needs to rely on others to produce the critical stars he needs, as he only has one Quick card.
Pros
Good stats.
A fully useful skillset.
High damage with a longer burst phase.
Highly survivable.
Team support functions.
High base critical weight.
Cons
Reliant on allies for critical stars generation.
No hard defensive skill.
All his buffs being attack buffs, he scales badly with additional buffs of that type.
Reliance on both second and third skills to be leveled means that he needs quite the investment to become reliable.
Strategies & Tips
Ozymandias’ balanced set means that he works well enough as a normal Buster-type damage dealer. However, he shines most when used in critical teams, as these allow him to gain greatly increased performance at all times. As for general recommendations, Imperial Privilege should only be used when Protection of the Sun King is available, to ensure the buffs hit.
Noble Phantasm
Ramesseum Tentrys is a single target Buster-type NP which deals damage and applies a defense debuff as well as an NP Seal (one time) to an opponent. These are both highly powerful effects; the defense debuff increases the whole chain’s damage, while NP seal also prevents opponents from gaining NP gauge for one turn. Generally speaking, it should mainly be used to create Brave chains; however, using it to prevent an NP from wiping the whole team is always a possibility.
While the attack buff scales worse thanks to Ozy’s many attack buffs, his 50% critical buff is still nothing to scoff at. The defense buff also amplifies his high survival. Additionally, the NP gauge increase allows Ozymandias to NP - and thus hinder the enemy - more often.
As his NP’s buff are chance-based, Hans is one of the most popular options who benefit from Ozymandias’ third skill. His skillset synergizes well with Ozymandias’ high survival, and his critical buff and stars is something that is welcomed.
Merlin provides a hard defensive skill in the form of his party Invulnerability. Additionally, his third skill scales really well with Ozymandias’ damage, and the heals as well as stars are nice complements.
Buster Performance UP Increases Ozymandias’ Buster card damage. These CEs are probably the best for him, as the Buster buff scales perfectly with Ozy’s attack buffs.
Critical Damage Up Allows for Ozymandias’ non-Buster criticals to hit harder; however, other Servants’ critical buffs tend to have a higher magnitude compared to Buster buffs, as such, these CEs will scale relatively worse.
Combination Combines two buffs, typically resulting in a higher total percentage. For Ozymandias, the buff types are usually Buster performance up and critical damage up.
When equipped to Ozymandias (Rider) only and while that servant is on the field, increase Arts and Buster Card effectiveness of all allies by 10% while on the field.

Charisma B
Grants 3-turn attack buff to the whole team. A decent skill by all means; however, among his three skills, Charisma contributes the least to his overall performance, and should be leveled last.
Imperial Privilege A
His primary buffing skill, Imperial Privilege should be leveled up first to make the most of its percentage and heal increases.
Protection of the Sun God A
Although this skill is the main reason for Ozymandias’ uniqueness among those possessing Imperial Privilege, it still is less important compared to Privilege itself. However, as Imperial Privilege should not be used without this skill, its effective cooldown is the same as this skill’s, which in turn means that this skill should be leveled along with Privilege.

Ozymandias’ QAABB deck allows him to fit well in teams with a lot of Arts cards, which is a good thing as most support-type Servants are Arts-inclined. It also grants him access to the powerful NP Buster brave chain, which is ideal for a damage dealer.
