To celebrate over 12 million downloads of the F/GO app, a series of major updates will be implemented. New strengthening quests will be added to improved performance of certain servants, weekly master mission rewards will be increased, and the return of alternate costumes for certain servants.
There will be extra bonuses for consecutive logins during this period. Logging in every day will net you

New strengthening quests will be introduced as part of the 12M campaign. There are seven strengthening quests in total. From the promotional material, it is implied that a servant from each of the following classes will receive one strengthening quest each: Alter Ego, Rider, Caster, Lancer, Assassin, Archer, and an unknown class being teased.
These strengthening quests are not limited time and will be implemented as a permanent part of the game.

During this period, these quests will have reduced AP Costs:
Weekly master mission rewards will no longer drop 2 crystal shards per mission but 3 instead! This means that you will be able to obtain 21 crystal shards per week equivalent to gaining 3 saint quartz per week!. In perspective that is a single rare summon for a week's worth of gathering or a 10-roll in two-and-a-half months worth of farming.
In case you missed it, alternate costumes for servants will return. In addition, equipping these costumes now give new battle lines. These are the costumes.
