Chloe’s main role in a party is an attacker that acts like a hybrid between Arts and Quick type servant due to her skills, Projection Magecraft and Kiss Demon that improves both her NP gain and star generation rate. Her base attack is the highest among the 4* Archer class servant pool but at the same suffered from low base HP. Therefore, be sure to have supports in keeping her alive with invincibility or defense increase buffs.

Chloe Von Einzbern is an Archer class servant that specializes in charging up her NP gauge as fast as possible and deal heavy damage to a single enemy with her NP. With her Kiss Demon skill that increases her star generation rate by 100%, it is said that she is able to overcome the main weakness of an Arts type servant, which is low star generation.

• Excellent NP efficiency. By looking at Chloe’s stats, her NP gain per attack is only at 0.38% but with six hits on her Arts cards, it’s going to be totalled up to 2.28% per Arts card, which is a lot higher than the other servants in the game. Besides that, with her third skill, Kiss Demon that charges her NP gauge up to 50% per usage while increasing her critical star generation rate by 100%, she is going to build up her NP gauge at an insanely fast rate especially if she managed to land criticals on her Arts cards, not to mention it only has a short cooldown of six turns at max level.
• Highly versatile Projection Magecraft skill. Chloe’s Projection Magecraft skill has the same effect as Emiya’s but at a lower ranking. However, it is still a very decent buff skill for her considering that she has a more balanced command cards deck of QQAAB compared to Emiya’s QAAAB. By using it in accordance with her NP or Brave Chain, she is going to have her damage boosted by quite a bit along with increase in star generation and NP gain.

• Quick cards performance dependent on skill level. Chloe’s Quick cards performance by themselves aren’t really that great and have to be boosted by using both Kiss Demon and Projection Magecraft skill. Therefore, if the level of those skills are not high enough, her damage output would be affected by quite a lot as her main damage source is dependent on criticals.

Chloe’s Noble Phantasm, Kakuyoku San-Ren is a single target NP that deals damage to the enemy while ignoring their evasion skill and reduces their critical chance for three turns after use. As an Arts type NP that hits for six times, she is going to get quite an amount of her NP refunded after use especially if you managed to use it with a NPAA chain along with her Projection Magecraft skill.

We would like to raise Chloe’s third skill as our top priority as 50% NP gauge charge every six turns is a lot along with the 100% increase in star generation rate allows her to land criticals more often which increases her damage output. Next, we would like to level her second skill as it is a huge damage boost of 35% for a turn besides improving her NP gain and star generation also. We would like to leave the first skill for the last as even though it does increase her critical damage by 36% for three turns, we have to prioritize the other skills for damage buff and only use the first for evasion.

Chloe has quite a high hit counts on her command cards with her Arts cards hitting up to six times which equals to 2.28% NP gain per card. Her Quick cards also generate a decent amount of critical stars albeit the NP gain is slightly lower due to lesser number of hits.
