Beowulf is a Berserker class servant that is kind of like a Heracles 2.0 but outshined by the latter in almost every aspect. However, he isn’t really that bad as he does have the ability to ignore evasion with his NP that Heracle doesn’t have.

• High damage Noble Phantasm. Beowulf’s NP deals tons of damage to a single especially when it got strengthen after his Interlude quest, making it even comparable to other 5* Berserkers.
• Able to pierce evasion. As Beowulf is often compared to Heracles due to both being a 4* Berserker that has almost the same skillset, Beowulf does have something better which is the ability to ignore evasion on his NP that might be quite important during some situations.

• Cannot penetrate invincibility. Do note that Beowulf’s NP doesn’t apply to invincibility as it is a different type buff than evasion so do not waste it on enemy that has invincibility.
• Low survivability. Being a Berserker class, Beowulf is vulnerable to every other servant classes and without any defensive skill except for self guts he is going to be taken out very fast in battle if not carefully protected.

Beowulf’s main role in party is an attacker that focuses on dealing tons of damage with his damaging Buster cards and NP. He does lack any kind of ability to protect himself so it is best to fit him in a party where the other members are able to provide him with either defense increase or invincibility.

Beowulf’s Noble Phantasm, Grendel Buster is a single target NP that hits up to 12 times while reducing the target’s critical chance after use. Is it mostly use for its ability to ignore evasion and deals quite a lot of damage coupled with his Berserk skill.

Skill Priority: 1 > 3 > 2

We would like to raise the first skill as our top priority as the increase in attack and NP damage allow Beowulf to destroy things with his NP. After that, we choose to level the third skill as it is his only defensive skill and leave the second skill for the last as critical stars don’t do much to him due to low star absorption.

Beowulf’s command cards performance is pretty average as even though his Arts card aren’t that bad for a Berserker but the problem is he only has one of it and his stars generation isn’t that great at all.
