Since Mecha Eli-Chan & Mecha Elichan Mk II have no difference between them, this page is for both of them.
Is Mecha Eli-Chan good?
Mecha Eli-Chan & Mecha Eli-Chan Mk II are currently unavailable on the EN ver. Mecha Eli-Chan & Mecha Eli-Chan Mk II are reward servants from Halloween 2017 event: Halloween Strike!.
The Mecha Elis are highly powerful Buster-oriented damage dealers, possessing high-percentage crit buff and NP buff - the latter of which is even more significant thanks to their status as a free Servant, which means that they can rather easily reach NP5 status. These strengths are further bolstered by their NP’s side effects, which makes them rather versatile. While lacking a critical absorption skill, their first skill’s star generation somewhat makes up for it, and their QABBB deck’s questionable NP gain is somewhat aided by their second skill.
However, while they have some sort of survivability thanks to their first skill’s defense buff, their third skill - which they need to maximize their damage - removes all their defense buffs, meaning that there will be times where they’d be forced to choose one over the other. Their second skill’s NP gain skill also have questionable percentage when compared with other similar skills.
Pros
Powerful NP and crit buff.
Can be easily raised to NP5.
Good NP side effects.
Their skillset covers some of their weaknesses.
Low skill cooldowns.
Class advantage over all Horsemen classes.
Cons
Lacking a critical absorption skill means that their criticals would not be as reliable.
Lacks a significant buff for non-NP, non-critical attacks.
Demerits may make them slightly tricky to use.
Strategies & Tips
The Mecha Elizabeths are best used in dedicated critical-oriented teams, in order to make up for their buff spread and lack of critical absorption. Their allies should be those capable of supporting both their offense and defense. When using the Mecha Eli-chans, their first skill should be used a couple of turns before they are expected to unleash their Brave chains, while the second skill should be used as much as possible.
Noble Phantasm
Buresto Zero - Elizabeth is a Buster-type damage-dealing single-target Noble Phantasm, which reduces the target’s defense for three turns. It also removes the target’s defense and Death Resist buffs; though the latter is somewhat useless and both are highly situational, they still add to the NP’s flexibility. Due to the NP5 status and their third skill’s NP buff, it means that Buresto Zero would deal high amounts of damage, even without external support.
While rather significant, Merlin’s generated critical stars on their own do not ensure that Mecha Eli-chan would be able to perform criticals reliably. As such, external aid (such as another Servant with star generating skills, usage of star generating CEs or usage of star absorption CEs) would be needed. Still, due to Merlin’s buffing ability, this pairing has a lot damage potential when used correctly - and this is what set him apart from other Servants.
More focused on NP gain compared to Merlin, Zhuge Liang provides Mecha Eli-chan with a whooping 70% instant NP gain when paired with her second skill. This makes her NP easily accessible, though Zhuge Liang’s somewhat longer skill cooldowns is a major issue for this pairing, and he provides little in the way of critical reliability.
Support Casters with Star Generation skills
Hans Christian Andersen, Elisabeth Bathory (Halloween), Helena Blavatsky These Servants provide more critical stars for the team in tandem with Mecha-Elis’ first skill. Additionally, Casters’ lower base star weight means that the Mecha-Elis’ would be able to more reliably gather critical stars, while their supporting ability increases the team’s overall performance.
As the Mecha-Elis by themselves lack a Buster buff, this CE type scales well with their NP damage. Their QABBB deck means that they’d gain more benefit from these CEs compared to other Servants.
Lacking a critical absorption skill of their own, these CEs enable the Mecha-Elis to perform critical hits much more often, especially in the right composition - allowing them to benefit fully from her third skill’s buffs.
While NP damage buffs scale worse with the Mecha-Elis thanks to the third skill, these CEs tend to make up for it with significantly higher buff percentages, meaning that these would still increase their NP damage significantly.

Innocent Monster EX
Generates critical stars every turn, as well as increasing the Mecha Elis’ defense for three turns. While the stars by themselves are not enough for them to perform criticals, they do increase their critical reliability, which somewhat makes up for the lack of a critical absorption skill.
Enhanced Overload C
Decreases their HP in exchange for NP charge. While the amount of NP gained is somewhat minor, this skill has a relatively low cooldown, which makes it somewhat versatile. Still, her other skills take precedence.
Final Eli-Chan C
Removes their own defense buffs, and significantly increases their NP and critical damage for one turn. With its high percentages, this is the Mecha-Elis’ main buffing skill, though they unfortunately lack any normal card buffs - meaning that the effectiveness of this skill’s critical aspect may be somewhat unreliable. Still, the high percentages means that this skill should be leveled first.

Command Cards
The Mecha Eli-chans’ QABBB deck allows them to create Buster chains much more easily. On the other hand, it means that they’d have a harder time gaining NP, which is somewhat of a drawback due to their high NP damage.
