Yea an Archer, she has a high star weight which allows her to get crits easily. When combined with a star generator, it allows her already amazing Arts cards to charge her NP even faster. She is easy to slip into most parties, but will truly excel when she is the center of support.
Pros
Very good NP cycling allows continuous activation.
Her NP can reduce the Enemy’s NP charge.
Party-wide Arts buff help with team synergy.
She can work well in many parties.
Cons
Highly reliant on NP for damage.
Needs to rely on others for star generation.
Strategies & Tips
Summer Altria’s primary objective is to get her NP out as many times as possible. Her star weight makes it easy to obtain crits onto her Arts cards. Her Arts buff only enhances this, allowing her to chain NPs on back to back turns if given the right cards. She can also be used in combination with other NP drainers to stall out an opponent.
Noble Phantasm
Keeping with the theme of Altria’s Noble Phantasms, her Archer form has a NP charge with Overcharge. Her NP also has a large number of hits, which further enhances the NP gain. The damage is also very significant, along with a chance to decrease enemy NP charge, which gives her stalling potential.
Stun, NP drain on the enemy increasing stalling potential, the defense decrease from his NP is also a good combination with Altria’s own damage potential.
NP gain, Attack, Heal. She enhances Altria’s already incredible NP damage and gain. Her NP is also reduces enemy defense for 5 turns, which Artoria can take advantage of over several turns with NPs. Unavailable on the EN ver.
Increased critical damage, good when running with a star generator. Black Holy Grail: Pure NP damage, if the team can already provide good NP charge sometimes the pure firepower will be better. Unavailable on the EN ver.
Arts effectiveness and NP gain. The combination allows good NP gain on Arts but also enhances it on her other cards so she does not have to be as reliant. Unavailable on the EN ver.

Summer Splash A+
A powerful Party-wide Arts buff coupled with defense lasting 3 turns. A very good support skill that will at the very least be useful for herself by increasing damage and NP cycling potential. High priority.
Protection of the Beach House EX
A large heal in exchange for 10% NP charge. The heal maxes out at 5000, which is almost one third of Altria’s Max HP. However the 10% NP decrease can be a big problem if Artoria is only at NP1. Medium Priority.
Beach Flower B
Basically a Charisma with a bonus star generation buff for males. Standard skill for swimsuit servants. Overall a decent skill, Medium Priority.
Summer Splash! A+
Available from the start Increases own Arts card performance for 3 turn. Increases party's defense for 3 turns.

All of her cards have at least 3 hits, in combination with the abundance of Arts cards in her deck and her skills, she can regain her NP very fast.
It's because she needs a lot of support to reach her full potential. She's not a servant you can blindly jam into any team and expect her to perform optimally.
Compare her to Jalter, for examp. Jalter melts anything as long as you have crit stars and can push the big red murder button, but Squirturia needs someone like Tamamo or Nero Bride (preferably both) to achieve truly nonstop NP spam.
