Overview
The long anticipated Queen of Babylon has finally graced our presence, ending all jokes and memes about her never coming to the gacha. Does she live up to the expectations or does she crash and burn like Babylon itself?
Right out of the gate, Semiramis’ stats are pretty decent, being pretty close to King Hassan in terms of both attack and HP. Her generation stats are pretty ok, with her NP gen being relatively low for an Assassin class. She makes up with this with her passive skill, territory creation, improving the effectiveness of her Arts cards while also having a decent hitcount on her Arts cards. However, they still don’t match up to some of the stronger assassins in the game. The best way to approach it is to Arts chain her consistently. Her Stargen is also pretty low, boosted slightly by her Presence Concealment skill, but it pales in comparison to most of the other assassins, especially since she only has one Quick card.
Her skills are slightly more exciting, with her first boosting her NP gauge while also decreasing a single enemies’ resistance to debuffs. This makes it so her debuffs land even easier on top of her skill Item construction. Her NP charge also assists with her not so strong NPgen, making her get her NP much more often than usual. Her second skill covers her bases, removing her weakness to caster classes in both offensive and defensive situations. This boosts her damage and survivability in a bad situation. It also increases her NP gen even further, helping her NP much more often than usual. With the usual 5 turn cooldown at max, she will be able to spam this skill much more consistently. Her last skill Inflicts poison on all enemies for 3 turns, drops all enemies’ resistance to Buster cards by 50% and consuming 8 critical stars for using this skill. Her set is pretty decent and offers moderate support to both herself and her team, but she is still far from being powerful.
Pros
Unique support skill, which boosts the strongest strategy in the meta.
Able to sustain herself by taking neutral damage even against casters.
It's the long-awaited, clamored Semiramis. What are you waiting for?
Cons
Not very impressive gen stats despite being an Assassin
She is held back by her class, being neither here nor there in her build.
Her best skill has a major demerit of consuming 8 stars.
Strategy and Tips
Semiramis appreciates being paired with servants who can benefit from her unique Buster support skill. She is able to cover most of her problems with her skills, boosting her inherent NPgen while also giving NP charge straight up. Her first skill should be used before her third skill, ensuring that the poison skill lands on opponents. It can also be used to ready up her NP, making sure that she is able to NP on demand. Her second skill covers her bases when she’s in a bad situation, and her last skill should be used before her NP, making sure that it will do maximum damage.
Noble Phantasm
Hanging Gardens of Babylon is an AOE Buster NP that deals damage to all enemies on the field. It gives bonus NP damage on overcharge while also boosting the defense of all allies by 20%
Our favourite Babylon Magus returns, boosting Semiramis’ strengths. Merlin boosts an allies Buster damage while Semiramis assists by dropping enemies’ resistance to Buster cards. Merlin can also generate NP gauge easily via his first skill as well as his NP. His NP also nabs some stars per turn, making it so that Semiramis can use her Last skill without much worry.
Unsurprisingly, Semiramis works well with Amakusa, benefitting from his first skill which generates stars per turn, allowing her to get her last skill online. He also benefits from her last skill, raising his NP damage against enemies thanks to Semiramis’ reduction to Buster resistance.
Minamoto benefits very much from Semiramis’ buffs, ber buster cards being extremely potent comboed with her Berserker class, making her damage soar even higher than it already is, making it so that she does massive damage to all enemies. Semiramis also benefits from Minamoto’s increase in star generation on her NP, helping her to use her third skill very easily thanks to the huge boost in Minamoto’s stargen boost.
Fragments of 2030 ensures that Semirais will be able to use her 3rd skill without having to worry that she has an insufficient amount of critical stars. This is very important for her skill usage and making her set more effective than it usually is.
Black grail is the most powerful NP boosting CE, making her NP more damaging than it was before. With her second skill, she doesn’t have much to worry about in terms of class advantage, meaning she can afford to lose some health each turn.
Pharaoh plays to the strengths of Semiramis and makes them better, increasing Buster card effectiveness, increases her NP damage and also her NP gain. This helps her get her NP up as often as possible while also making sure that when she does NP, she hits hard.
When equipped on Semiramis, Increase Buster Card performance of all allies by 10% and NP damage by 10% while on the field.

Upgrade Priority
Skill Priority: 3 / 2 / 1
Familiar (Pigeon) D
Familiar is a pretty handy skill, providing NP gauge on demand. However, the only difference from level 1 and level 10 is about 10% of your NP gauge. Thus, levelling this shouldn’t be your priority. It also reduces debuff resistance, which is neat, but is not very applicable due to how her poison only deals 1000 damage per turn at max level, meaning it won’t make much impact in the tougher battles. This skill should be levelled last.
Double Summon B
Double summon is one of Semiramis’ core skills, helping her survive against a caster dominated map, negating all her weaknesses in a bad situation. This keeps her alive longer to provide support to the entire team. It also boosts her NP gen which is extremely helpful for getting her NP up more consistently. This skill should be levelled second.
Sikera Ušum: Arrogant King's Alcohol B+
This skill is Semiramis’ main support skill, performing a debuff to enemies’ resistance to Buster cards by a whopping 50%. It has the added bonus of poisoning all enemies, though the demerit is extremely costly, especially in a team that requires crit stars. This skill should be levelled first.

Semiramis has a decent deck, but her lack of Quick cards really hinder her role as an Assassin. Her 3 Arts cards are pretty handy in helping her Arts chain to get her NP up, but that also means that she cannot buster chain with her NP, leading to rather low numbers on her damage runs. She has a nice amount of hitcounts on all her cards, but her gen stats stil hold her back quite a bit. Overall, she has a workable deck.
