Similar to her Rider counterpart, she is a good damage dealer with an NP that deals more damage when their health is low. However this time they bring party support and a skill to enable max damage from her NP with Guts.
Pros
Guts skill does not have a turn limit, which is very useful for achieving maximum damage with her NP.
Party Buff that is also self beneficial.
If attack buffs are timed correctly she can have a permanent attack buff.
Cons
NP scales with missing health.
Strategies & Tips
Both her NP and her deck are very strong, and with her status as an Archer she can absorbs stars to build her NP at a decent rate. Pairing her with servants that can take advantage of her party star generation buff (Male Servants) in order to maximise her potential is recommended. While she can generate stars herself, it is recommended that another star generation servant is run along side her. Another approach is to introduce more Arts cards to the pool to enable more NP generation from her single Arts card.
Noble Phantasm
The fact that her NP scales on missing health is both a blessing and a curse, as it allows her to deal a massive amount of damage, but makes her vulnerable to dying immediately after.
Severe damage to one enemy. Extra damage when own HP is low. Bonus Damage Formula = 600% * [1 - (Current HP/Max HP)] [Overcharge]Inflict Defense down (3 turns)

Summer Splash A+:
A powerful Party-wide Arts buff coupled with defense lasting 3 turns. A very good support skill that will at the very least be useful for herself by increasing damage and NP cycling potential. High priority.
Protection of the Beach House EX:
A large heal in exchange for 10% NP charge. The heal maxes out at 5000, which is almost one third of Altria’s Max HP. However the 10% NP decrease can be a big problem if Artoria is only at NP1. Medium Priority.
Beach Flower B:
Basically a Charisma with a bonus star generation buff for males. Standard skill for swimsuit servants. Overall a decent skill, Medium Priority.
Beach Flower A+
Available from the start Increase party attack for 3 turns. Increase critical star generation of Male allies for 3 turns.

All of her cards have at least 3 hits, in combination with the abundance of Arts cards in her deck and her skills, she can regain her NP very fast.
First of all, the skill upgrade priority section is talking about Artoria Archer’s skills instead (they don’t match the correct skills below) and with that, Anne/Mary Archer’s Overview section would also be incorrect as it talks about her being able to NP spam with her skills, which is Archuria’s thing.
Wait, ignore the second half of that, I don’t know how or why but I somehow got the idea that I read that “with giid timing Np cycling was possible” in my mind, my mistake.
