Caster of Midrash, or the Queen of Sheba, offers a good option of offense while being able to provide some utility on the side. Still, even though she’s able to provide good damage through her crits, her kit isn’t really perfect, and she doesn’t do enough to overcome her class multiplier either.
Pros
Good NP damage
100% crit damage buff
Great NP gain
Cons
No hard survival skill
Lacks any way to absorb stars
Buffs and debuffs from skills and NP don’t scale that far except for her crit up
Starategies & Tips
Casters have always been weak when it comes to damage, and that does not exclude the Queen of Sheba. Still, when compared to her peers she does offer a bit more of a punch, which makes her rather useful to have for knocking down Assassins. Her NP is honestly pretty low for a single target NP. Still, one has to take into consideration that Sheba’s NP gain is also very good, and with her buffs lasting for 3 turns she’s able to at least back up her low NP damage with multiple uses of it.
Aside from her NP, Sheba is also able to deal pretty good crit damage, thanks to her 2nd skill. Her deck and buffs allow her to hit pretty hard for a Caster, but since she lacks a star absorb skill it becomes difficult to make use of her crit damage reliably.
All in all, Sheba is an interesting Caster unit--- Though everything she has to offer is hindered by the nature of her class, the potential is there, and with some support she can act as an effective Caster damager.
Noble Phantasm
Sheba’s NP is a single-target deals a decent number of 26k. It doesn’t hit that hard, admittedly, but due to the fact that’s an Arts NP with 5 hits, it allows Sheba to regain a decent number of NP gauge. Paired with her great NP gain, she’s able to cycle this at least two times in a row, which contributes to the overall amount of damage she deals. The secondary effects are honestly mediocre, but they’re nice to have. Being able to use her NP at least twice does increase her overall damage, to be fair. The heal up is rather niche, but it’s nice to have for when you may need it.
Hans is able to improve Sheba’s survivability by providing her with DEF buffs and healing. He’s also able to improve her offense by passively creating stars for her, as well as by buffing her crit and ATK damage.
Much like Hans, Waver is able to improve Sheba’s survival with his defensive and offensive buffs. However, what Waver is able to uniquely provide Sheba is the chance to instantly fire off her NP again by charging her gauge with his skills directly.
Tamamo is able to buff Sheba’s Arts cards and charge the party’s gauge through her NP. This would allow Sheba to cycle her NP even faster, and with Tamamo’s ability to reduce skill CDs, Sheba would be able to buff herself more often.
After getting his upgrade, Mozart is able to provide 50 stars instantly for a turn, which would allow Sheba to crit reliably. With his skills and NP, he’s also able to stack DEF and ATK debuffs against enemies, as well as stack Arts buffs for her to use.
Gilgamesh is able to buff Sheba’s attack and Arts cards, as well use his NP to improve her defense. His best benefit to her however, is being able to buff her stargen by 100% for 3 turns. With her hitcounts, Sheba would be able to generate a very good sum of stars with her attacks, which would somewhat cover her lack of a star absorption skill.
Sheba benefits well in having an NP damage CE, as it allows her to hit harder. With the speed of her charging in mind, there’s not much lost with using such a CE.
Sheba’s major flaw would be her inability to draw stars for herself. While these CEs wouldn’t really improve her absorption by an amazing amount, it at least allows her to crit reliably if fielded with fellow Casters.
When equipped on Queen of Sheba, Increases party's Arts and Buster card performance by 10% when she is on the field.

Charisma B- / Cooldown: 7-5
A charisma skill is rather vanilla these days, to be honest, especially ones that don’t even reach up to 20%. It’s not a bad skill per se, and it’s useful in boosting her damage further. It’s just that it feels like a filler skill, which was placed there just to take up a slot on her kit. It’s not bad but it could’ve been better, or more unique, at least.
Spiritual Vision A / Cooldown: 7-5
A 100% crit damage up is a very good buff, even on a Caster. Although this skill isn’t necessarily enough to make her overcome her class multiplier, it’s still very much worth noting. It may not make her deal hard damage as much as one would like, but she would still outdamage other Casters to a good extent. While it’s ignorable for most of the time, the invulnerability pierce is a good bonus in fights one may need it.
Demon God’s Wisdom A / Cooldown: 8-6
This skill allows Sheba to further boost her damage on NP and on her crits, as it multiplies with her two other buffs. It doesn’t really go that far, but it’s nice to have to amp her power by a decent amount. With 2 Buster cards on her deck the Buster buff isn’t wasted as well, giving her more potential to push out damage. The skill is also AoE--- which is a nice bonus for her supports and teammates as it would also boost NP gain on their Arts cards. The stars she gain aren’t exactly enough to make her crit, so it’s ignorable for the most part.

Command Cards Rating
Sheba’s deck is absolutely excellent. A QAABB deck allows her to take advantage of her buffs well enough, without sacrificing much for NP gain. With her hitcounts and base gain combined, she also boasts very impressive NP gain, allowing her to charge her gauge at a superb rate.
