This CE has Quick team screaming all over it. Not only can the team benefit from the increase amount of stars but the servant that this is equipped on can also generate more stars and deal more damage with his/her NP (if NP is a Quick card).
Servants that can generate large amounts of stars are great to equip this on, as they tend to have a high number of Quick cards and have a NP that is a Quick card as well. Hence they can benefit from all the effects the CE has to offer.
