Serenity Hassan is a pretty good bundle of a Servant. She does pretty decent NP damage despite her lack of an offensive buff, and at the same time she’s able to generate a good amount of stars and disable enemies. However, Serenity suffers from having long cooldowns and below average NP gain, which hinders her performance greatly.
Pros
NP gives chance to inflict Skill Seal and NP Seal on Enemy.
Decent stargen with her hitcounts on Quick and Buster, and is able to gain stars instantly.
Is able to drain an enemy’s NP charge.
Decent NP damage due to interlude.
Cons
1st skill has long CD.
NP gain is rather low.
Chance to seal skills and NP are low without her 3rd skill.
No survival skills.
Strategies & Tips
Serenity does well as a damager, as she has utilities to aid the team. However, due to her lack of an offensive buff, her damage doesn’t go particularly far. Her NP and skills are able to disable enemies quite well, but this ability becomes weaker due to her long cooldown. As such, it is best to pair her with Servants who can buff her damage and sustain her, so that she can stay longer on the field. It is also best to pair her with Servants who can help her with her NP gain, specifically with Servants who can encourage Arts chains.
Noble Phantasm
Hassan’s NP does decent NP damage, and sits at the 3rd highest damage for the 1-3★ Single-Target Assassins. It also has a number of secondary effects, which include a 60-100% chance to instakill, 2000 Poison per turn for 5 turns, and a 40% chance to seal the enemy’s skills and NP for 1 turn. The instakill is rather useful against mobs, and the chance to disable an enemy’s skills and NP is very welcome.
Hans provides Arts cards to increase chances for Arts chains, which would let Serenity charge her NP faster. Hans is also able to passively create stars, which would stack well with Serenity’s natural stargen rate. He would also be able to heal and buff her defense, as well as increase her damage.
Provides offensive and defensive buffs through his skills and NP, as well as charging the party’s NP gauge. Zhuge Liang would be able to charge her NP instantly, which would be very useful to let Serenity use her NP twice within 3 turns, which would let her reliably disable the enemy two times with her 3rd skill. He is also able to drain the enemy’s gauge and stun them, which would let their stalling stack well.
Mozart is able to buff Hassan’s Arts for a turn, which can let her deal good damage on NP. But more than that, he is also able to instantly produce 50 stars for a turn, which would increase the probability of Serenity using her NP twice while still buffed by her 3rd skill.
Tamamo practically answers most of Serenity’s weaknesses, as she is able to buff Hassan’s Arts cards, charge her NP, heal her, and reduce her CD time. Having her Arts buffed would let her deal better damage, and charging her NP would let her disable the enemy through her NP better. Reducing her CD time would then let her stall the enemy more through her 1st and 3rd skills.
Gilgamesh is able to provide Hassan 2 multiplicative buffs, which boosts her offense considerably. He is also able to boost the entire team’s star generation rate by 100%, which is a very great tool for someone like Serenity, who has good hitcounts on her attacks overall. Gilgamesh also increases the party’s debuff rate, which can let Serenity rely on her 3rd skill less.
An Arts performance does best for Serenity, as it improves her NP gain. Improving her NP gain would also increase the chances that she uses her NP twice within 3 turns, which would let you get more out of her NP with the increased debuff rate from her 3rd skill.

Transformation(Infiltrate) C
A very good skill to aid the party, if not for its cooldown. Having a low cooldown makes it extremely unreliable for decreasing the enemy’s NP charge constantly, and would mostly only be used once or twice. The crit rate also scales rather low despite being single-target, maxing at 20%.
Projectile (Dagger) C
A good skill despite maxing at 12 stars gained. Serenity’s stargen is surprisingly nice despite not being able to create Quick chains on her own, and having the ability to instantly create 12 stars every 4 turns is very welcome.
Silent Performance B
A great skill that solidifies Serenity’s abilities. This skill increases her NP’s instakill and seal chances to 110% and 90% respectively. This makes it rather reliable when one seeks to take care of mobs or disable enemies. The CD time could’ve been better though, as Serenity isn’t one who can instantly use her NP back-to-back without external aid.
