Chacha

Chacha is an extremely interesting Berserker with a very unusual skillset on an offensive servant. None of her skills are strictly offensive, centering around a more team support focused skillset such as star generation and NP generation on top of a potentially huge defense drop on her 3rd skill. Her overall utility is extremely useful on a team focused on critting and nuking down enemies fast.

Being a fairly accessible welfare and an easily NP5 able unit, her damage is decent despite being an AOE servant. Her skills can heavily debuff enemies, making them easier to kill in the long run. Her stats however are terrifyingly underwhelming. Boasting an attack stat lower than other 4* berserkers and a HP stat that can barely keep her alive, keeping her on the field may be a lot of trouble. On the other hand, her generation stats are pretty good, padded with a nice hitcount from other cards in her deck. That on top of her NP and stargen skills help her keep up with other berserkers.

Chacha is in an interesting spot as a berserker, while not overpowered, she certainly shines in her spot as a AOE nuker and a crit buster. She packs a punch in the buffs and debuffs she brings and is a fun servant to use overall.

Chacha likes to be paired with a teammate who can direct stars to her on top of generating additional stars with her skill. Support units who can protect chacha or keep her alive will also help make her more effective on the battlefield. Her first skill should be popped whenever she needs a quick boost in her NP gauge and her second when she needs some stars to crit hard with. Her last skill should be used preemptively, allowing some turns to ramp up the defense drop for maximum damage.

Chacha’s NP Kenran Makai Nichirinjou is an AOE buster card who burns all enemies hit by the attack, dealing damage over 5 turns. This move is excellent for killing small fry or clearing out the exp hands while farming. It does not have a very high multiplier despite it’s NP5, so be careful of banking too much on the NP.

• Favored princess of Japan EX

  This skill drops the enemies defenses, increasing in potency every turn. This helps Chacha push out nice numbers while also giving this damage increase to her fellow teammates.This skill should be leveled first.

• Innocent Monster (Flame)

  This skill generates passive stars that the team can all make use of while also directing them to Chacha. This allows her to crit more consistently while also possibly providing crit stars to other teammates. This skill should be leveled second.

• Golden rule (Calamity)

  This skill provides Chacha with more NP gen when attacking and when damaged, allowing her to top up on her NP more often. However, her base NP gain is rather strong and I would prefer if Chacha not get hit often. This skill should be leveled last.

Gains Critical Stars each turn for 3 turns.
Reduces Allies Stars Absorption by 50% except self for 3 turns.

Reduce enemy's defense greatly for 5 turns, start with 10% on turn 1.(See the Turn number for exact multiplier for each turn)

Chacha has nice hitcounts on her buster card, adding to her nice gen stats while also having a Buster brave chain when her NP is up. This allows her to push out higher damage to enemies while also generating a decent amount of stars.
