Challenge quest: Halloween Strike! event [JP Halloween 2017]

The challenge quest is centered around killing Moriarty, while keeping the player’s party from being overwhelmed by the multitudes of Mecha Eli-chans and their buffs. While not as demanding as other challenge quests, this quest’s trick lies in Moriarty’s three-turn defense buffs, which he obtains at the start of battle and on both breaks. Waiting for the buff to expire means risking being overwhelmed; fortunately, it is possible to remove the buff, or to simply use defense-ignoring NPs. Due to the Break system, it is also recommended to bring a composition able to perform multiple NPs.

Certain variations of Mecha Eli-chan may be a threat depending on the player’s composition, as their criticals can hurt quite a bit. Generally, the Berserker version should be eliminated as soon as possible.

You'll face 1 Archer of Shinjuku and 100 Mecha Eli-chan in the quest, but Archer of Shinjuku is the only enemy you have to defeat to complete.
