Attila is an adaptable Servant, with two of her three skills being targetable. With her deck and NP, she is also able to produce a decent amount of critical stars, which can be used by herself, or an ally - provided said ally has sufficient critical star absorption. Thanks to her single-target NP and the fact that she can quite easily be obtaned at NP5, this means that Attila’s NP damage is rather notable, especially when her second skill is used.
In exchange for being targetable, however, her first and second skills have comparatively low percentages - in the case of her second skill, it also lasts for only one turn. Coupled with her low-damage QQAAB deck, this means that her damage potential, outside of her NP, is somewhat questionable - although her 12% passive Quick up somewhat helps her in this regard. The problem of low percentage also plagues her first skill. Additionally, although she is able to produce critical stars, her high base critical absorption means that her allies will have a harder time getting them.
Pros
High NP damage
Two targetable skills
Good critical star generation
Easy to NP5
Invincibility Pierce gives additional versatility
Cons
High star weight limits her supportive capability
Third skill’s Stun lengthens skill cooldowns
Mediocre skill percentage on first and second skills
Strategies & Tips
Attila is best used as a secondary damage dealer, alongside another who can use her produced critical stars. In battle, Attila is able to balance out the team’s NP gain with her first skill, and increase either her allies’ or her own damage with the second skill. Her third skill indirectly aids her NP gain and increases her survivability, but it should be noted that for the skill duration, she will gather most critical stars. Another thing which should be kept in mind is that the Stun applied afterwards also halts her skills’ cooldown for one turn.
Noble Phantasm
Candy Star Photon Ray is a single target Noble Phantasm, which also generates a good amount of critical stars. As Attila is most likely obtained at NP5, it deals a considerable amount of damage, especially when buffed with Attila’s second skill. The critical stars it generates can be used by Attila in the next turn, or by another ally of hers.
Osakabehime, above all, is able to support Attila’s damage through her third skill and NP, the former of which can remove annoying buffs from an opponent. Aside from this, she also grants a decent amount of survival aid built-in to her NP. Being an Assassin, Osakabe’s good star generation helps the team, especially when combined with Attila’s.
Zhuge Liang allows Attila to charge NP at a much faster rate. Another important part is that he also boosts her offensive performance, through his attack and critical buffs. Zhuge’s NP allows some defensive measure as well, and his triple Arts deck aids her in gaining NP.
Similar to Osakabehime, Wu Zetian possesses the capability to support Attila’s Quick cards’ damage. As she is an Assassin, Wu’s star generation is solid, and her low star weight means that Attila will be able to use said critical stars effectively.
As with all Servants possessing high NP damage capabilities, NP damage CEs are a natural fit for Attila. Compared to other Servants, however, the effect is not as significant due to her own buff increasing NP damage.
Aside from increasing her Quick cards’ damage, these CEs also increase Attila’s NP and star gain, respectively.

Skill Upgrade Priority
Priority: 2 > 1 > 3
Velber’s Gift B
Charges an ally’s NP gauge and increases their star generation for three turns. The star generation buff should be seen as a bonus - the value of this skill lies in the NP charge. While coming with a fairly low cooldown, however, this skill’s percentages are rather low, with the NP charge maxing out at 20%.
Rainbow Candy Crafts B
Increases an ally’s NP and critical damage for one turn. Due to its nature, this skill holds a high leveling priority, but due note that both of these buffs scale badly with damage-increasing event Craft Essences.
Twinkling Star Crest EX
Increases Attila’s star absorption and defense and grants her Invincibility Pierce, all of which last for 3 turns. While the increased star absorption allows her to perform criticals - thereby greatly increasing her star generation and NP gain - her critical damage potential is somewhat limited due her deck. Additionally, the Stun applied after the skill’s period is up makes her a bit tricky to use, and for the Stun’s duration, her skill cooldowns are halted. As such, this skill should be used sparingly.

Attila’s QQAAB deck means that she would have decent NP gain and some amount of star generation. It also grants her access to a Quick Brave chain in combination with her NP. In exchange, however, having only one card capable of giving her the Buster first card bonus means that her damage potential is somewhat limited.
