In the early stages when the game was first launched, this CE is the only CE that can directly helps to increase critical stars generation, not by increasing Quick card performance. However, as the game progressing and more CEs are released such as Piece of year 2030, it had been slowly replaced and forgotten as players prefer a more reliable means of obtaining critical stars. Nonetheless, if you don’t have any of those then this CE could work as a replacement as it is much easier to be obtained.
As the star generation rate is mainly depends on the number of hit counts, this CE is suitable to be used by servants that can deal multiple hits with their command cards for maximum effectiveness.
