The effects of this CE are great, not only granting an offensive NP damage buff but a HP recovery buff as well, extremely useful when you have some form of healing in your party. However, it should be noted that the effects before it is limit broken isn’t very good so it is highly recommended to farm it during the event if you intend on using it.

This CE is great when your party has a form of healing for sustain and a servant that can use the NP damage buff, or better yet if the servant has a damage dealing NP and has self-healing.
Servants like that can benefit from both effects directly are great, but if your party has the ability to heal allies then equipping this on your damage dealing servant is a good option too.
