Pretty much this is a crossover collab with another TM IP with a shared universe. Unlike the Guda Guda event where that will come back, the KnK collab has only came once on JP. While Shiki Saber will appear in future banners, Shiki Assassin can only be obtained in this event, then she's gone. So I'd recommend that you do grind to get five of her and the knives for her ascension materials.

Limited time as in she's only available to get for a limited time.

Well, yeah, because that's part of the event. But the event is only around for a limited time, aka.. she's a limited time servant.

Limited time doesn't mean temporary or permanent. It means they're only around for x amount of time from an event.

Just recently the KnK event will have a re-run in Japanese server, so you will have a chance to get Shiki Assassin again, if you're willing to wait for about 2 years.
